摘  要：生态文明建设既是当下社会发展的重点方向，也是社会精神文明进步的体现。在小流域景观规划设计中，应用水生态文明理念，修整原始景观的不足，优化设计人工景观，以及融合当地的历史文化、建筑特色、地域特征等，以打造出别具一格、独具特色的小流域生态景观体系，带动当地旅游经济的发展，实现小流域景观规划设计经济与生态两个方面的效益。

Research on Landscape Planning and Design of Small Watershed Based on Water Ecological Civilization

Abstract： The construction of ecological civilization is not only the key direction of social development， but also the embodiment of the progress of social spiritual civilization. In the landscape planning and design of small watersheds， the concept of water ecological civilization is applied to rectify the shortcomings of the original landscape， optimize the design of artificial landscape， and integrate the local history and culture， architectural characteristics and regional characteristics， so as to create a unique and unique ecological landscape system of small watersheds and drive the development of local tourism economy， realize the economic and ecological benefits of small watershed landscape planning and design.

小流域具有维持生态平衡的功能，其在人类活动的影响下，小流域的生态系统遭到不同程度的破坏，不利于整个社会的生态精神文明建设。目前，人们已经认识到生态环境保护的重要性，小流域从之前的水利开发，逐渐向着水利与景观开发并行的方向发展，提高了小流域的开发利用价值。为了在开发利用过程中保护小流域的生态环境，应以水生态文明为出发点，对小流域景观进行规划设计，增强规划设计的科学性与环保性，维持小流域的生态平衡，实现人与自然的和谐发展、友好共处[1]。

1  小流域概述

通常将面积小于50km2的相对独立或是封闭的水域称之为小流域，我国小流域数量众多，其受到其自身地理位置的限制，大多数小流域自然条件良好，人类活动对其影响有限，流域覆盖的区域内经济发展水平不高，流域一般用于旅游或者是农业灌溉。由于人们对生态环境保护认……
