摘要 肺肠微生态平衡在人体防御感染、调节免疫和调节代谢等方面具有重要作用。本文从中医学和现代医学的研究论述了肺肠的关系以及肺肠微生态平衡的重要性，从而发现肠道菌群微生态失衡是呼吸道感染的机制之一。并且进一步论证了中医药中的健脾方剂能够通过增加肠道益生菌，减少致病菌，减少致病菌所释放的内毒素以及炎症介质，起到增强肠黏膜屏障的免疫保护和降低抗生素的耐药性等作用，从而减轻呼吸道感染，增加临床疗效。健脾方剂具有调节肠道微生态的作用，将成为临床治疗呼吸道感染新的切入点，这为呼吸道感染的临床治疗提供新思路。

Abstract The microecological balance of the lung and intestine plays an important role in preventing infection，regulating immunity，regulating metabolism，and so on.This paper discusses the relationship between lung and intestine and the importance of microecological balance of lung and intestine from the research of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine，and finds that the microecological imbalance of intestinal microflora is one of the mechanisms of respiratory infection.It has also been further demonstrated that the spleen-strengthening Formula in traditional Chinese medicine can increase intestinal probiotics，reduce pathogenic bacteria，reduce endotoxins and inflammatory mediators released by pathogenic bacteria，play a role in enhancing the immune protection of the intestinal mucosal barrier and reducing antibiotic resistance，thereby reducing respiratory infections and increasing clinical curative effect.The spleen-invigorating Formula that can regulate the intestinal microecology will become a new entry point for the clinical treatment of respiratory tract infections，and provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of respiratory tract infections.

呼吸道感染是临床最常见的疾病之一，随着该疾病的病原体的多样化、变异化，以及抗生素的广泛使用和不规范滥用，导致目前该疾病治疗难度增大，且发病率有上升趋势。目前，单纯的抗生素治疗，已经不能取得满意的临床疗效，临床医师致力于寻找其他的治疗手段，而基于肺肠微生态学说理论的研究目前证实健脾方剂对于呼吸道感染的治疗具有很好的疗效，成为未来治疗呼吸道感染的新思路。

1 中医学“肺肠”相关理论以及研究现状

肺与肠的关系在中医古籍中多处有相关记载，从脏腑、经络、虚实、阴阳、生理、病理等多个方面进行论述。……
