摘 要：燃气工业锅炉停用期间，如果不采取合理的防护措施，其腐蚀速度明显超过运行期。这不仅会缩短锅炉使用寿命，还易导致安全事故。因此，本文分析燃气工业锅炉停用期间腐蚀的原因，阐述其危害，概述燃气工业锅炉常用的防护措施及选择原则，以期为今后开展相关工作提供参考。

Abstract： If reasonable protective measures are not taken during the shutdown period of gas-fired industrial boilers， the corrosion rate and degree obviously exceed the corrosion during operation， which will not only shorten the service life of boilers， but also easily lead to safety accidents. In this paper， the causes of corrosion of gas-fired industrial boilers are analyzed， the hazards of corrosion of gas-fired industrial boilers are expounded， and the common protective measures and selection principles of gas-fired industrial boilers are summarized， in order to provide valuable experience for related work in the future.

锅炉作为常用的供热设备，在生产生活领域占有重要地位。近年来，我国对环境保护的力度不断加大，大量小型燃煤工业锅炉被燃气工业锅炉代替。燃煤锅炉与燃气锅炉在结构设计和燃烧方式方面完全不同，给燃气工业锅炉使用单位在锅炉运行以及停用保养上造成了困惑，导致锅炉经常因各种原因造成腐蚀。这不仅影响锅炉的使用性能和寿命，还会造成运行管理成本的增加，甚至导致严重的安全事故。因此，做好燃气锅炉腐蚀情况调查与防治，对确保燃气工业锅炉更好地发挥作用具有积极意义。

一般情况下，锅炉使用单位比较重视燃气工业锅炉运行期间的安全管理与维护，如进行严格的脱氧、调节水质以及调节pH值等。因此，锅炉汽水系统一般不易发生腐蚀，而燃气工业锅炉停用后的汽水系统各项维护与保养工作相对放松。据统计，在燃气工业锅炉停用期间不进行任何保养的占比达到80%，其中约65%的燃气工业锅炉会出现不同程度的腐蝕，而腐蚀较为严重的情况约占16%[1]。……
