摘  要：在地域文化的构建与传承中，公共图书馆承载着重要的一环。面对文化形式多样、传播形式边缘化的趋势，公共图书馆应与时俱进，自觉寻找和明确自身的责任及岗位意识，为地域文化的构建、传承、普及发光发热。该文以地域文化的概述为切入点，分析了公共图书馆传承地域文化的必要性和优势，探讨了公共图书馆传承地域文化的措施和存在问题，最后提出了一些建议，供相关人员参考。

The Construction and Inheritance of Regional Culture and the Responsibility of Public Libraries

—Taking the Construction and Inheritance of Zhanlu Culture as an Example

Abstract： Public libraries play an important role in the construction and inheritance of regional culture. Facing the trend of diversity of cultural forms and marginalization of communication forms， public libraries should keep pace with the times， consciously seek and clarify their responsibilities and post consciousness， and contribute to the construction， inheritance and popularization of regional culture. This paper takes the overview of regional culture as the starting point， analyzes the necessity and advantages of public libraries to inherit regional culture， discusses the measures and problems of public libraries to inherit regional culture， and finally puts forward some suggestions for relevant personnel.

地域文化的构成，通常以现实、历史、自然为基本元素，由此形成具有当地特色、体现当地社会结构和发展水平的生态环境、政治经济、民风民俗、居家饮食、产品文化等。公共图书馆作为地方文化机构，具有推广、保存、普及等职责和优势。其作为开展推广阅读的平台之一，有责任也有必要将地域文化纳入其中，引导当地民众通过学习地域文化，了解先民遗留下来的精神追求和精神财富，增强民众的自豪感和自信心，为建设美好家乡做出更大的贡献。

1  地域文化概述

所谓地域文化，是指中华大地特定区域独具特色且传承至今仍有影响的传统文化，是特定区域的习惯、传统、民俗等的表现。在一定的范围内和环境相互融合，从而打上地域的烙印，具有一定的独特性。在地域文化中，“地域”可以说是文化形成的背景，范围有大有小;而“文化”，则包含单要素和多要素。……
