摘  要：数字资源服务是数字阅读时代公共图书馆创新服务体系的发展方向和工作重心。该文以长春市图书馆数字资源服务为研究对象，分析和探讨了全新阅读环境下公共图书馆创新数字资源的实践服务。数字资源建设有助于以数字化的形式使得文献和知识在更大范围传播，与此同时，还在不断地探索数字资源推广模式，完善数字资源服务，满足不同用户的使用需求，促进图书馆向数字化方向发展。

Practice and Thinking of Digital Resources in Public Libraries

—Thinking and Service of Changchun Library

Abstract： Digital resource service is the development direction and work focus of the innovative service system of public libraries in the digital reading era. Taking the digital resource service of Changchun Library as the research object， this paper analyzes and discusses the practice service of innovative digital resource of public library under the new reading environment. The construction of digital resources contributes to the wider dissemination of literature and knowledge in digital form. At the same time， it is also constantly exploring the promotion mode of digital resources， improving digital resource services， meeting the use needs of different users， and promoting the development of the library in the direction of digitization.

随着数字、网络技术的快速发展，图书馆数字资源增量明显，服务形式也愈加丰富。数字资源建设越来越受重视，无论数字资源的数量，还是质量都有所提升。

1  数字资源建设

在数字阅读背景下，公共图书馆整合数字资源，创新数字资源服务方式，建设优质共享的数字资源平台，全面适应数字阅读环境下的读者需求[1]。传统数字资源建设工作，包括自建资源的建设和外购资源建设。

1.1 加强馆藏自建资源建设

公共图书馆对馆藏古籍文献、图书和特色资源进行数字化加工，构建完善的数据库，可实现数字资源的高质量、创新性应用，推动馆藏资源数字化[2]。长春市图书馆开展公共数字文化工程项目平台的部署建设，整合了联合建设的公开课资源和政府公开信息。为丰富平台上的资源，建设了城市热读线上讲座的视频点播分享。并且为建设馆藏特色数字资源，长春市图书馆计划开展“长春记忆”项目的各数据库。……
