摘  要：在深化高职教育改革，促成现代化高职教育體系全面升级的过程中，高职院校图书馆通过学科服务的深化改革和转向升级，切实增强了对学科发展的助推作用，但在对高职院校图书馆学科服务现状进行深入调查时却发现，在当前的服务过程中，仍存在馆员限制、资源限制、形式限制、技术限制的核心难题。有鉴于此，在下一阶段的发展工作中，高职院校图书馆应引入嵌入式服务模式，强调学科服务切入到科研课题组，通过人员培训、资源跟进、服务调整和技术优化的改进措施，进一步增强高职院校图书馆的学科服务能力，助力科研工作的高效发展，为高职院校的现代化突破，贡献更多的力量。

On the Discipline Service Mode of Embedding Scientific Research Group in Higher Vocational College Library

Abstract： In the process of deepening the reform of higher vocational education and promoting the comprehensive upgrade of the modern higher vocational education system， the library of higher vocational colleges has effectively strengthened its role in promoting the development of disciplines through the deepening reform and transformation of discipline services. However， in the in-depth investigation of the current situation of discipline service in higher vocational college library， it is found that in the current service process， there are still core problems of librarian limitation， resource limitation， form limitation and technical limitation. In view of this， in the next stage of development work， higher vocational college libraries should introduce an embedded service model， emphasizing that discipline services cut into the research group， and improve measures through personnel training， resource follow-up， service adjustment， and technology optimization. To further enhance the disciplinary service capabilities of the libraries of higher vocational colleges， help the efficient development of scientific research work， and contribute more to the modernization of higher vocational colleges.

2021年4月13日，习近平总书记对职业教育工作作出重要指示，强调要增强职业教育适应性，加快构建现代职业教育体系，培养更多高素质技术技能人才、能工巧匠、大国工匠。在这一发展理念的引导下，高职院校积极开展了科研层面、教研层面和教学改革层面的深化发展，并取得了较为理想的发展成效。在此过程中，高职院校图书馆充分利用自身的资源优势、技术优势和服务优势，助推了学科发展工作，提供了多样性的学科服务[1]。该文就将从学科服务的角度切入，对高职院校图书馆嵌入科研课题组的问题进行深度解析，以期构建更具针对性、适应性和高效性的学科服务新模式，使高职院校图书馆的综合优势，深度嵌入到学科发展序列中去，共同推动高职院校的现代化突破。……
