摘要： 医院高质量发展离不开硬件建设和软件配套，档案资料就是医院软件建设项目中非常重要的组成部分，档案资料的内容跟医院的发展有着直接性的联系。医院的档案资料记录着医院历史沿革、发展历程及患者的病情状况，药物资源的出入等情况，是医院正常运作的重要保障。但目前大部分医院的档案管理工作中，依旧存在许多需要急待解决的问题，为了能够更加充分地保障医院的高质量服务与正常运作，使档案管理工作符合现代化社会的要求和条件，本文对医院档案管理工作中存在的问题进行了分析，提出了部分解决措施，希望能为相关人员提供参考价值。

医院档案资料是由文书档案、医疗业务档案、设备档案、基建档案、病案等各种专业性文字、专业仪器所测出的图像、相关专业数据所统计出的表格等等组成，具有追寻医院发展轨迹、指导医生回忆和准确了解到自己主治主诊的患者病情变化、协调医院复杂工作体系等多方面的作用。处在目前这个快节奏的新时代之中，现代化的医院也需要做到顺应潮流，完善既定的医院档案管理体系，采用更加科学高效的方式方法管理档案，推动医疗事业更上一层楼。
