【摘  要】论文通过将水泥稳定碎石基层混合料中的天然碎石细集料采用再生黏土砖细集料部分取代，并进行击实、无侧限抗压强度和劈裂等试验研究，探讨其作为集料应用于城市道路基层的可能性。结果表明，混合料最大干密度与再生黏土砖细集料取代率负相关，而最佳含水率与其正相关;在水泥剂量保持不变的情况下，再生黏土砖细集料对劈裂强度的影响小于对无侧限抗压强度的影响;在掺入5%水泥及混合料级配满足规范要求的条件下，混合料中细集料被再生黏土砖细集料的取代率小于40%时，混合料能达到目前规范中对基层的要求，可用作道路基层的水泥稳定材料。

【Abstract】By partially replacing the natural macadam fine aggregate in the cement stabilized macadam base mixture with recycled clay brick fine aggregate， and conducting experimental studies on compaction， unconfined compression strength and splitting， this paper discusses the possibility of its application as aggregate in urban road base. The results show that the maximum dry density of the mixture is negatively correlated with the substitution rate of fine aggregate of recycled clay brick， while the optimum moisture content is positively correlated with it. When the cement dosage remains unchanged， the effect of recycled clay brick fine aggregate on splitting strength is less than that on unconfined compression strength. Under the condition that 5% cement is mixed and the gradation of the mixture meets the requirements of the specification， and the substitution rate of fine aggregate in the mixture by the recycled clay brick fine aggregate is less than 40%， the mixture can meet the requirements for base in the current specification and can be used as cement stabilized material for road base.

1 引言

随着城市建设与改造的提速，一方面，造成了固体废物产生量持续增长，固体废物污染防治形势日益严峻的情况。有关统计显示，2020年我国建筑垃圾达到约26亿吨，据保守估计2030年将达到73亿吨，不仅侵占大量土地资源，而且造成许多环境污染问题。另一方面，各类基础设施建设对天然建筑材料的需求量持续增长，造成资源枯竭，表现出可持续发展与地材短缺矛盾日益突出的特点。以二级沥青公路为例，假设路面结构层厚度为0.5m，路面宽为20m，那么每公里消耗的砂石等材料将达到2万吨。在这种情况下，开展建筑垃圾差异化利用，采用建筑垃圾再生材料将砂石材料替代是解决筑路材料短缺及建筑垃圾围城的有效途径之一。……
