【摘  要】互联网的普及与信息技术的发展改变了诸多行业原有的生产管理模式，信息化管理逐渐渗透到越来越多的企业管理中，成为现代企业不可缺少的管理手段。目前，我国中小企业在信息化管理过程中依然存在一些不足，阻碍着中小企业的发展。基于此，论文对企业信息化管理进行了简要概述，介绍了企业信息化管理的作用，对目前中小企业信息化管理中存在的问题进行了深入剖析，并提出了相关解决措施，以期帮助中小企业更好地推进信息化管理，实现更高效益。

【Abstract】The popularization of the internet and the development of information technology have changed the original production management mode of many industries. Informatization management has gradually penetrated into more and more enterprise management and become an indispensable management means for modern enterprises. At present， in the process of informatization management， China's small and medium-sized enterprises still have some deficiencies， hindering the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on this， the paper gives a brief overview of enterprise informatization management， introduces the role of enterprise informatization management， analyzes the problems existing in the current informatization management of small and medium-sized enterprises， and puts forward relevant solutions， so as to help small and medium-sized enterprises better promote informatization management， and achieve higher benefits.

1 引言

当前时代是信息化时代，企业的运行和发展离不开信息化管理，不少大型企业在信息化管理方面取得了显著成效。信息化管理的重要价值逐渐被企业认可，目前我国中小企业也开始尝试进行信息化管理建设，以期通过信息化管理促进企业更好地运行与发展。但是从实际工作来看，中小企业信息化管理过程中不可避免地会出现各种各样的问题，因此，对中小企业信息化管理问题进行探究并积极寻求有效的解决措施具有重要的现实意义。

2 企业信息化管理概述

信息化是网络技术与电子计算机技术发展过程中的衍生品，而企业信息化管理则是利用先进的互联网、大数据等先进的信息技术实现企业现代化管理。企业信息化管理是相对于传统管理而言，由于社会经济的快速发展，企业在发展过程中不断创新，传统的管理理念已经不难满足现代企业发展的需求，企业管理效率低下、生产水平落后严重制约了企业的发展。……
