[摘要]目的：觀察黄金微针射频术联合透明质酸敷料治疗产后腹部妊娠纹的远期效果。方法：选取2016年10月-2017年10月于笔者医院产科就诊的腹部妊娠纹女性60例，以随机数字表法分为观察组（30例）、对照组（30例）。对照组予以黄金微针射频术治疗，观察组则在对照组的基础上予以透明质酸敷料外敷治疗，两组均连续治疗10个月。观察两组治疗10个月后的疗效、治疗效果维持度、治疗舒适度、治疗安全性评分、总满意度及治疗前、治疗10个月后的腹部妊娠纹情况。结果：治疗10个月后，观察组总有效率为90.00%，高于对照组的63.33%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。与治疗前比较，治疗10个月后，观察组灰度值、凹陷体积、粗糙程度评分、平均凹陷评分均明显降低，且以上指标观察组均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;对照组仅灰度值低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治疗效果维持度、治疗舒适度、治疗安全性评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组总满意度为93.33%，高于对照组的70.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：黄金微针射频术联合透明质酸敷料可有效改善产后腹部妊娠纹情况，提高治疗效果维持度、治疗舒适度、治疗安全性，临床疗效显著，患者满意度高，值得临床推广。

Effect of Gold Microneedle Radiofrequency Combined with Hyaluronic Acid Dressing in the Treatment of Postpartum Striae Gravidarum

Abstract： Objective  To observe the long-term effect of gold microneedle radiofrequency combined with hyaluronic acid dressing on postpartum striae gravidarum. Methods  60 cases of pregnant women with striae gravidarum treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group （30 cases） and the control group （30 cases）. The control group was treated with gold microneedle radiofrequency， while the observation group was treated with hyaluronic acid dressing on the basis of gold microneedle radiofrequency. Both groups were treated continuously for 10 months. The therapeutic effect， maintenance degree of therapeutic effect， therapeutic comfort degree， therapeutic safety score， total satisfaction degree and abdominal striae gravidarum before and after 10 months of treatment were observed. Results  After 10 months of treatment， the total effective rate in the observation group was 90.00%， higher than that in the control group（63.33%）， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Compared with before treatment， after 10 months of treatment， the gray value， depression volume， roughness score and average depression score of the observation group were significantly reduced， and the above indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group （P<0.05）. However， after 10 months of treatment， only the gray value in the control group was lower than that before treatment （P<0.05）. After 10 months of treatment， the treatment effect maintenance， treatment comfort and treatment safety scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group （P<0.05）. After 10 months of treatment， the total satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33%， higher than that of the control group （ 70.00%， P<0.05）. Conclusion  Gold microneedle radiofrequency combined with hyaluronic acid dressing can effectively improve the striae gravidarum of postpartum women， and improve the maintenance degree of therapeutic effect， therapeutic comfort and therapeutic safety. The clinical effect is significant and the patient satisfaction is high， which is worthy of clinical promotion.

妊娠期女性腹部不断膨隆，使得皮肤弹力纤维、胶原纤维出现斷裂或损伤，进而产生波浪式长短、宽窄不同的白色或红色花纹为妊娠纹，属于膨胀性皮肤花纹的一种，虽不影响健康，但一旦形成将终生不退，严重影响腹部美观，可给患者带来一定的心理负担，且无法满足患者美学需求[1-2]。目前，妊娠纹疗法众多，包括皮肤磨削术、表层化学脱皮术、激光治疗等，但疗效不一，且存在个体差异。黄金微针射频术为一种新型的妊娠纹治疗手段，可通过产热来刺激胶原增生，进而改善妊娠纹外观，临床疗效显著，但其穿透深度有限，同时可能会灼伤皮肤[3]。透明质酸敷料以纯净天然的植物为本，可在皮肤表面形成保护膜，有效保持创面的湿润环境，并抵御外界细菌、致敏原的伤害[4]。……
