摘  要：产教深度融合、校企紧密协作已成为职业教育提质培优行动计划的重要任务。麦苗学院是浙江商业职业技术学院餐饮管理专业与区域麦当劳门店签订协议，以人才培养方案制定和实施为重点，通过“双元双向三阶四融”的合作机制共同培育餐饮管理技术技能人才的校企协作教学组织。麦苗学院创新实践校企协同育人模式，实现人才培养目标与行业发展需求精准对接，人才培养模式与职业发展规划高度契合，服务学生全面发展，服务产业转型升级。

Abstract： For the deep integration of industry and education， the close cooperation between schools and enterprises， this has become an important task of the action plan to improve the quality and quality of vocational education. McDonald's College is the signing-in agreement between the catering management major of Zhejiang Business College and regional McDonald's stores. This is a school-enterprise cooperative teaching organization which focuses on the formulation and implementation of talent training program and implements the cooperation mechanism of "two subjects， two directions， three stages， four integration" to jointly cultivate talents with catering management technical skills. McDonald's College has innovated and practiced the school-enterprise collaborative education model， in which the talent training goal is precisely matched with the industry development needs. This talent training model is highly compatible with the career development plan， serving the all-round development of students and the transformation and upgrading of the industry.

校企紧密协助已成为职业教育提质培优行动计划的重要任务。专业人才培养目标与行业需求精准对接，服务学生全面发展，服务产业转型升级已成为“双高”建设背景下职业院校发展的重要内容。

一、实践背景

近年来，餐饮消费需求日益旺盛，营业额一直保持较强的增长势头。根據《2020年中国餐饮业年度报告》数据显示，新冠肺炎疫情加速了饭店餐饮行业升级，主要表现为：头部效应增强，品牌化餐饮企业迎来新的机遇。麦当劳是全球知名连锁餐厅，预计至2024年，浙江市场门店数量将达到495家，未来5年门店数量增长超过300家。

浙江商业职业技术学院（以下简称“商职院”）餐饮管理专业开设于2010年，是长三角最早开设餐饮管理专业的学校之一，为搭建实习实践平台，餐饮管理专业与麦当劳公司于2012年建立国内首个麦当劳精英俱乐部，并持续开展校企合作，共同培养餐饮管理人才。……
