摘  要：借鉴CDIO-OBE理念，面向产业的“学践研创赛”培养实践育人模式，从“研究现状和企业调研分析”到“人才培養方案的制订”，进一步“构建新工科深融合实践育人模式改革”，并以“学践研创赛”五位一体为核心，不断地深化改革、深入创新，深度转型，通过校政企城合作，按照“八个共同”推进新工科实践育人模式改革，对地方本科高校应用型人才培养具有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract： Learning from the CDIO-OBE concept， the industry-oriented "learning practice research and innovation competition" training practice education mode is completed from "research status and enterprise research and analysis" to "personnel training plan formulation"， further "constructs the reform of practice education mode of deep integration of new engineering" and takes "industry practice research and innovation competition" as the core， continuously deepening reform， in-depth innovation and deep transformation. The mode is implemented through the government-enterprise-city cooperation， according to the "eight common ideas" to promote the reform of new engineering practice education mode， has certain reference significance for local undergraduate colleges and universities to cultivate applied talents.

2018年全国教育大会后，“以本为本”深入人心。强国必须强教。“四新”学科建设引导的高等教育迎来大变革，实践教学成为遵从以学为中心的人才培养环节的重中之重，对高校实践教学提出了新的挑战。实践教学是教学计划的重要部分，加强创新实践教育，是实现创新人才培养的重要环节和手段。通过将所学的理论知识与实践结合起来，训练学生在生产实际中研究、分析、解决问题的能力，严肃认真的学习态度，培养勇于探索的创新精神、开拓视野，增强社会活动能力，为以后走上工作岗位提高胜任力和继续深造的创新思维能力打下坚实的基础。教育部2012年以来相继印发了《关于进一步加强高校实践育人工作的若干意见》《教育部关于全面提高高等教育质量的若干意见》《教育部关于加快建设高水平本科教育全面提高人才培养能力意见》《教育部关于深化本科教育教学改革全面提高人才培养质量的意见》等一系列文件，都要求高校进一步加强实践育人工作，健全实践工作责任体系，优化实践过程管理，强化实践导师职责，完善协同育人机制，加强实习基地建设，切实提升实践育人效果[1]。……
