【摘 要】 夜尿症是一种难治性疾病，严重影响老年人的生活质量。文章总结了刘龙民教授运用水陆二仙丹为主方治疗老年性夜尿症的临证经验，刘龙民教授认为老年性夜尿症基本病机以脾肾两虚为主，水陆二仙丹为主方治疗可体现整体观念，通过辨证论治，突出主方，配伍得当，取得了显著的疗效。

Clinical Experience of Pro.Liu Longmin in the Treatment of Senile Nocturia with Shuilu Erxian Pill as Main Prescription

Abstract：

Nocturia is a refractory disease， which seriously affects the quality of life of the elderly.This paper summarizes Professor Liu Longmins clinical experience in treating senile nocturia with Shuilu Erxian Pill as the main prescription. Pro.Liu Longmin thinks that the basic pathogenesis of senile nocturia is deficiency of spleen and kidney. The use of Shuilu Erxian Pill as the main prescription in the treatment of senile nocturia reflects the overall concept， through syndrome differentiation and treatment， highlights the main prescription， and has achieved remarkable curative effect.

夜尿癥是指夜间小便次数≥2次[1]，其病因复杂，常见于前列腺疾病、肾脏疾病、内分泌疾病、原发性睡眠紊乱及其他混合因素等[2]。根据病因，夜尿症可分为夜间多尿、功能膀胱容量减少、总尿量增加、睡眠障碍或紊乱及混合因素。夜尿症多见于老年人，因频繁起夜不仅影响患者睡眠质量，还会导致抑郁、情绪障碍，以及发生跌倒事件及增加心脑血管事件风险，成为影响老年人生活质量及健康的常见病症之一[3-4]。目前西医治疗主要针对夜间多尿及功能膀胱容量减少，主要有行为纠正、手术及药物治疗，但存在手术并发症及药物副作用，疗效欠佳[5]。刘龙民教授是上海中医药大学附属普陀医院中医内科主任医师，博士后，上海中医药大学教授，擅长各种疑难杂病的中医诊治，有着丰富的临床经验。其在老年性夜尿症的治疗上有着自己独特的见解，通过辨证论治运用水陆二仙丹为主方治疗老年性夜尿症取得了显著的临床疗效。……
