摘 要：汽车在使用过程中会有一定的故障，汽车故障会突发性的出现，没有任何的规律可寻，汽车底盘传动系的异响时间也不确定。所以，在对汽车底盘传动系的异响故障进行检修时有一定的难度，需要耗费大量的时间和精力。基于此，文章通过对汽车底盘传动系异响情况进行有效的分析，并针对汽车底盘传动系异响故障提出了相应的解决措施，确保汽车能够在使用的过程中稳定行驶，对安全进行保障。

Abstract：Cars will have certain failures during use， car failures will appear suddenly， there is no rule to be found， and the abnormal noise time of the car chassis drive system is also uncertain. Therefore， it is difficult to overhaul the abnormal noise of the automobile chassis transmission system， and it takes a lot of time and energy. Based on this， the article effectively analyzes the abnormal noise of the automobile chassis transmission system， and proposes corresponding solutions for the abnormal noise of the automobile chassis transmission system to ensure that the car can drive stably during use and ensure safety.

1 汽车底盘的异响故障类型

1.1 离合器故障

汽车分为手动挡和自动挡，手动挡的汽车底盘发出异响时，一般情况下就是离合器出现了故障。离合器出现故障的原因又可以分为以下几种：首先，离合器不能正常进行分离。如果离合器不能进行正常的分离，就会对汽车的换挡有一定的影响，不能有效控制变速箱，从而使其加速及减速功能失效，所以，可以先踩离合器，然后进行挂挡，如果不能进行挂挡，汽车就会熄火。其次，起步时汽车存在严重抖动的情况。如果汽车出现抖动，可能是因为动盘、压盘钢片出现了弯曲，使得其连接之处不牢固，有可能出现脱离的情况。最后，离合器容易打滑。在汽车行驶之前，通过离合器的使用汽车启动不了，在进行加速时，动力增加，车速不变，由此可以初步判定为离合器打滑，如果不能对其进行及时维修，就会损坏相应的零件，汽车的底盘出现异响[1]。

1.2 传动轴故障
