摘 要：近年来随着社会的不断的发展，我国人民的生活水平也不断提高。随着生活水平的提高，汽车已经走进了千家万户，截止到2020年，中国汽车保有量达到了2.75亿辆。随着人们生活水平的进步，汽车保有量的增加，汽车行业计量也逐渐占据了重要的部分。汽车行业计量的发展的过程中也有着许多问题，早年间，我国汽车行业计量发展水平相对不足，服务体系也不完善。随着时代的发展，汽车生产行业也更加现代化，现代汽车生产和检测过程中可以使用汽车专用检测设备检测汽车相关性能，计量则为其提供准确地量值传递和溯源工作。

Analysis of Metrological Calibration Work of Automobile Special Testing Equipment

Abstract：In recent years， with the continuous development of society， the living standards of people have also been continuously improved. With the improvement of living standards， automobiles have entered thousands of households. As of 2020， China's automobile ownership has reached 275 million. With the improvement of people's living standards and the increase of car ownership， the measurement of the automobile industry has gradually occupied an important part. There are also many problems in the development of metrology in the automobile industry. In the early years， the metrology development level of the automobile industry was relatively insufficient and the service system was not perfect. With the development of the times， the automobile production industry has become more modern. In the production and inspection of modern automobiles， special automobile inspection equipment can be used to detect automobile related performance， and measurement provides accurate value transfer and traceability.

1 汽車计量检测行业现状

汽车计量检测行业的发展一直伴随着汽车工业发展的步调，近年来，我国汽车行业的检测项目不断增加，而且对于一些汽车计量检测项目制定了相关标准。随着社会的发展，中国的车辆越来越社会化和私家化，汽车保有量也在不断增加。汽车工业是一个庞大的工业矩阵式体系，对汽车的品质有很高的要求。同时，汽车行业遵循“供应商链条式管理体系”，目的是为了减少，提高生产效率。汽车的安全性能影响到出行人的安全，汽车检测行业的发展可以很好的帮助汽车生产人员针对汽车的安全性和可靠性进行检测，汽车专用检测设备的计量，则为检测工作提供准确的量值传递与溯源，保证检测工作准确无误的进行。所以汽车计量检测的重要性不言而喻。汽车计量行业仍旧处在发展阶段，汽车行业计量检测工作初期存在的问题：（1）服务意识不到位，服务水平低;（2）市场监控不够严格，监督不到位;（3）缺乏相关的检测标准和检测能力;（4）从业人员较复杂，无法保证检测人员的素质与技术水平。

初期的汽车行业计量工作存在的诸多的问题，但是伴随着行业的发展，汽车行业计量工作存在的问题都得到了解决：（1）近年来国家的教育力度不断提升，从业人员总体素质提高，并且上岗前经过了专门的培训;（2）随着社会的发展，计量检测设备也更加现代化。汽车汽车生产制造和测试时可以使用汽车专用检测设备对汽车相关性能进行检测，降低汽车出现问题的可能，完善汽车相关性能参数。（3）随着汽车行业计量检测市场的成熟，机械汽车行业计量校准规范更加完善，市场监管也更加到位成熟。

汽车行业计量仍处于发展阶段，随着智能网联和无人驾驶等技术的发展，汽车行业计量也有了很大的发展前景。汽车行业计量需要更加健康有序地发展，在这个发展过程中要注重市场的成熟度以及从业人员的专业度。政府相关部门要正式这个行业发展中存在的问题，进行一定的监管，促进汽车行业计量的良性发展。

2 汽车专用检测设备现状

2.1 汽车专用检测设备发展的原因

我国的汽车不解体检测与检测设备从1970年代开始发展，汽车专用检测仪器发展到2020年已经十分成熟。汽车专用检测设备由4个部分组成，分别为维护、修理、测试和诊断。目前全球工业较发达的国家都使用汽车检测设备专门为汽车进行检查，基本不会对汽车整体拆分之后进行检测。
