摘 要：伴随着我们生存的环境越来越恶劣，地球温室效应的影响越来越严重，世界上各个国家和地区都在为保护环境推出各种政策，以缓解温室效应带来的恶劣影响。为打赢蓝天保卫战，我国率先推出汽车“国六”排放，旨在减少汽车排放问题。而汽车发动机作为汽车尾气生产的源头，各个汽车生产厂家都在积极响应国家号召，生产符合国家排放标准的汽车发动机，力求做到节能减排。而气门导管作为汽车发动机中必须而又重要的一个零部件，但是长期以来，人们在研究汽车发动机的时候往往都在研究缸体，缸盖，曲轴、连杆、活塞、活塞环、气门阀体、凸轮轴等等一些在发动机中占据着重大地位的零部件，对于气门导管这个小巧但又不失重要的零部件研究的是非常的少。本文主要讲解下对于气门导管材料的研究。

Research on Valve Guide Material of National Sixth Engine

Abstract：As the environment we live in is getting worse and worse， the impact of the global greenhouse effect is getting more and more serious. Countries and regions in the world are launching various policies to protect the environment to alleviate the adverse effects of the greenhouse effect. To win the battle to defend the blue sky， China has taken the lead in launching the "National VI" emission for automobiles， aiming to reduce automobile emission problems. As automobile engines are the source of automobile exhaust gas production， various automobile manufacturers are actively responding to the national call to produce automobile engines that meet the national emission standards， and strive to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction. The valve guide is a necessary and important part of the automobile engine， but for a long time， people often study the cylinder block， cylinder head， crankshaft， connecting rod， piston， piston ring， valve body when researching automobile engine.  Very little research has been done on camshafts and other parts， which occupy a significant position in the engine and are important parts of the valve guide. This article mainly explains the research on valve guide materials.

在對气门导管材料进行研究之前，我们先来了解一下气门导管的作用及其工作所处的环境，以及气门导管有故障、失效后给发动机会带来什么样的影响。

1 气门导管的基本情况

1.1 气门导管在发动机里起着什么作用

气门导管的作用主要是给气门阀体做运动导向的一种装置，保障了气门在随发动机运转做往复运动时，气门与气门座圈能正确的贴合匹配，并且将气门热量向汽缸盖传送、逸散，降低气门的温度，达到降低发动机缸内温度。
