摘 要：随着科技的发展，人们对于生活品质的追求逐渐提高，车辆作为现代社会不可缺少的一种物品，车辆的配置和制造工艺也越来越好，伴随着全球汽车保有量的提升，对大自然的破坏也越来越严峻，全球各个国家和地区对环境的保护逐渐重视起来，对于汽车排放的标准也越来越严格，我国也随之推出了国六排放标准，为了达到国六排放标准，各个车厂对于汽车发动机也进行了各种方法的改进，力求在达到国六排放标准的情况下做到节能减排，同时提升发动机的使用寿命。而发动机的气门与气门座圈是组成发动机燃烧室的重要部件，气门座圈的主要作用是配合气门，保证发动机燃烧室的密封性。本文主要对国六排放柴油气门座圈的制作材料进行研究和解读。

Research on Valve Seat Material of National Sixth Diesel Engine

Abstract：With the development of science and technology， peoples pursuit of the quality of life has gradually improved. Vehicles are an indispensable item in modern society， and the configuration and manufacturing processes of vehicles have become better and better. With the increase in the number of vehicles in the world， the destruction of nature is becoming more and more severe. Countries and regions around the world are gradually attaching importance to environmental protection， and the standards for automobile emissions are becoming more and more stringent. China has also introduced the National Sixth Emission Standard. To achieve the National Sixth Emission Standard， various automakers have also made various improvements to automobile engines， striving to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction while meeting the National VI emission standards， and at the same time increase the service life of the engine. The engine's valve and valve seat ring are important components that make up the engine combustion chamber. The main function of the valve seat ring is to match the valve to ensure the sealing of the engine combustion chamber. This article mainly researches and interprets the materials used to make the National VI diesel valve seat.

想要針对性的研究柴油发动机气门座圈制作材料，那么首先我们要知道的柴油发动机的使用设备，柴油机因为其本身的热效率高、扭矩特性好的特点，在军用车辆、船舶及工程机械等重型机械设备和大型运输车辆上被广泛使用。然后我们以发动机的工作原理分析柴油发动机气门座圈的故障环境，以工作环境，来选择相对适合该环境的材料，用以生产。

随着市场对柴油机的要求不断提高，柴油机的性能也随之不断提升，燃烧室零部件所承受的热负荷与机械负荷不断加大，气门座圈承载的压力也慢慢变大。……
