摘 要：汽车内饰随着社会和科技的发展，汽车内饰材料的抗菌工作也在与时俱进。本文介绍了纺织品内饰材料抗菌资源的整理及国内外纺织品抗菌的研究和应用发展，总结了纺织品抗菌资源整理的主要手段、方法及其应用技术措施，并对国内外纺织品抗菌资源整理研究及其应用现状进行了深入系统地论述。

Current Status of Antibacterial Finishing of Automotive Interior Materials

Abstract：With the development of society and technology， the antibacterial work of automotive interior materials is also advancing with the times. This article introduces the finishing of antibacterial resources of textile interior materials and the development of antibacterial research and application of textiles at home and abroad. The article summarizes the main methods， and technical measures for finishing antibacterial resources of textiles. The application status is discussed in depth and systematically.

1 引言

汽車市场需求迅速增长，我国汽车纤维供应以每年15-20的速度增长。汽车处于相对封闭的环境中，那里是细菌和病毒的温床。灰尘，人汗，皮脂，油，烟和其他物质以及外部灰尘很容易粘附到内部材料的纤维上。这些污染物和低级脂肪酸和皮肤上常见细菌和异物产生的挥发性化合物会散发出异味。近年来，用于汽车内饰材料的抗菌和除臭饰面逐渐引起人们的注意。

2 抗菌整理剂的起源和演变

2.1 抗菌整理剂的来源

抗菌处理涂层最早可以追溯到4000年前的古希腊埃及，当时的许多木乃伊布和裹尸布等都是在被人用草料和药水充分浸泡后再次进行抗菌处理。抗菌剂在1960年代和1970年代用于纺织品后整理中，但是当时使用的抗菌剂大多是可溶的，因此耐久性较差，抗菌谱仍然存在问题[1]。

2.2 国内外研究现状

我国对于抗菌纤维的研究开始起步比较晚。当前的研究主要是关于有机物与纳米材料分析。通常采用纳米级别的金属离子与活性炭载体结合，制备具有抗菌作用的材料，这种材料抗菌率非常高。……
