摘 要：伴随着科学技术的快速发展，各行各业都有了长足的进步，特别是在制造业之中，科学技术的每一次运用，都会带来行业技术的革新，使得制造业的技术水准迎来大幅度的提升。对于阀体件来说，其有着非常宽广的运用领域，在很多行业之中都是必不可少的部分，比如铁路货车、汽车、船舶、航天与工程机械等等方面，因此阀体应用于不同的行业就会有不同的结构、形状上的需要，这也就使得对于阀体的制造工艺有着不同的要求，阀体的制造工艺有着适用行业的特征，充满变化，那么涉及到的制造工艺设施，一般来说都会有着专用的夹具设计，以提供符合要求的夹具。所以对于阀体制造工艺及夹具设计研究，对于制造业来说，有着非常重要的现实意义。

Valve Body Manufacturing Process and Fixture Design

Abstract：With the rapid development of science and technology， all walks of life have made great progress， especially in the manufacturing industry. Every application of science and technology will bring about industry technological innovation， making the technological level of the manufacturing industry meet a substantial improvement. For valve body parts， it has a very wide application field， which is an indispensable part in many industries， such as railway trucks， automobiles， ships， aerospace and engineering machinery， etc.， so valve bodies are used. Different industries have different structural and shape requirements， which will make the manufacturing process of the valve body have different requirements. The manufacturing process of the valve body has the characteristics of the applicable industry and is full of changes. Then the manufacturing process facilities involved， generally speaking， will be a dedicated fixture design to provide fixtures that meet the requirements. Therefore， the research on the valve body manufacturing process and fixture design has very important practical significance for the manufacturing industry.

在很多的与机械相关的行业之中，阀体件的身影不可或缺，阀体件在诸如铁路货车、汽车、船舶等等机械制造品中起着非常重要的作用，因此需要注重对于阀体制造工艺及夹具设计的分析研究。在某个阀体件的制造之中，首先来说其材质是铸钢件，属于压铸的阀体件，该阀体件需要加工的位置有四个部分，第一个部分是底面以及在底面上的四个光孔;第二个部分是两个圆柱销孔与两个螺纹孔;第三个部分是表面及表面之上的四个光孔上的锪面，与其上的圆柱孔面、螺纹孔;第四个部分是其他工位上的锪面和相关的圆柱孔[1]。……
