摘 要：本文介绍了新能源与智能网联汽车产业发展规划、国家战略、法律法规和政策体系。通过行业岗位设置，分析产业对高职院校人才需求和岗位对人才能力的要求，结合1+X证书制度，给出智能网联汽车专业人才培养专业课程体系方案。

Analysis on the Needs of Talent Cultivation of Intelligent Connected Automobile Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract：This article introduces the development plan， national strategy， laws and regulations and policy system of the new energy and intelligent networked automobile industry. Through the establishment of industry positions， combined with the 1+X certificate system， the article analyzes the industry's demand for talents in higher vocational colleges and the requirements of positions for talents， and gives a professional curriculum system program for intelligent networked automobile professional talent training.

1 引言

汽車产业目前正在经历快速发展、创新阶段，智能网联汽车时代正在到来，其融合了传统汽车与现代电子信息技术。智能网联汽车产业的发展有力的促进了汽车、电子、通信、大数据和人工智能转型升级，孕育了经济增长新动力，还可通过与智能交通系统的结合在社会层面带来一系列深远影响[1]。然而人才的匮乏对其发展带来了很大挑战。我们既需要研发和深究无人驾驶的各项专有技术的高端人才，也需要大量进行应用和实践的实施人才。

2 智能网联汽车产业发展现状

2.1 国家战略和政策体系

为支持新能源与智能网联汽车快速健康发展，国家出台了多项法律法规、政策文件。2020年11月，国务院办公厅发布《新能源汽车产业发展规划（2021-2035）》。国家发改委牵头，多部门共同参与发布《智能汽车创新发展战略》，提出到2025年，中国标准智能汽车的技术革新、产业生态、基础设施、法规标准、产品监管和网络安全体系基本形成。

国家战略纲领性文件有《中国制造2025》、《交通强国建设纲要》、《新能源汽车发展产业规划（2021-2035）》。部委政策有《智能汽车创新发展战略》、《工业和信息化部关于推动5G加快发展的通知》、《关于促进道路交通自动驾驶技术发展和应用的指导意见》等。……
