摘 要：课程建设是高职学校专业建设的重要内容之一，在“双高计划”背景下，要深刻理解“双高计划”对于课程建设的要求，充分利用信息技术在课程建设中的优势，促进信息技术与课程教学的深度融合，对课程进行线上线下混合式教学设计，使课堂教学更加有序、高效，从而提高课堂教学质量。

Online and Offline Hybrid Curriculum Design for Professional Core Courses under the Background of “Double High Plan”

Abstract：Curriculum construction is one of the important contents of professional construction in higher vocational schools. Under the background of the "Double High Plan"， it is necessary to deeply understand the requirements of the "Double High Plan" for curriculum construction and make full use of the advantages of information technology in curriculum construction， so as to promote the in-depth integration of information technology and course teaching， and conduct online and offline mixed teaching design for courses to make classroom teaching more orderly and efficient， thereby improving the quality of classroom teaching.

2019年4月，《教育部财政部关于实施中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划的意见》正式印发，吹响了引领新时代职业教育高水平发展的集结号。2019年12月18日，教育部、财政部发文公布“中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划建设单位名单”，我校成功入选高水平专业群建设单位（C档），成为“双高计划”建设学校，铁道交通运营管理专业也成为了建设专业之一。

“双高计划”的总体目标是引领新时代职业教育实现高质量发展，而高等职业教育高质量发展的核心和重要载体是课程建设。课程建设是体现高职学校竞争力的核心要素和专业建设的重要任务，可以破解职业教育的根本问题。因此，课程建设是“双高计划”不可忽视的重要内容。

针对铁道交通运营管理专业的核心课程进行线上线下混合式教学设计尤其是针对线上教学的设计，既是“双高计划”建设的重要内容，也是适应“互联网+职业教育”发展需求，对于提高课堂教学质量，促进课程改革有着积极的意义。
