摘 要：由于我国自主汽车品牌起步较晚，经过约三十年的发展，逐渐改变了人们对于自主品牌汽车的认知度及口碑，这些改变与汽车试验技术的提高是密不可分的。汽车试验项目经历了从简到繁，从单一项目到综合性能试验，以及先进试验设备的引入，都有助于汽车试验技术提高，使汽车产品质量取得质的飞跃。其中整车高寒适应性试验是众多汽车试验项目之一，而且具有不可替代性和必要性。目前自主汽车品牌、合资汽车品牌、外资汽车品牌都非常重视整车高寒适应性试验，大批量试验车集中在寒区进行试验。

A Brief Talk on the Alpine Adaptability Test of the Whole Vehicle

Abstract：Due to the late start of China's independent automobile brands， after about 30 years of development， people's recognition and reputation for independent brand automobiles have gradually changed. These changes are inseparable from the improvement of automobile test technology. The automobile test project has gone from simple to complex， from a single project to a comprehensive performance test. And the introduction of advanced test equipment， has contributed to the improvement of automobile test technology and a qualitative leap in the quality of automobile products. Among them， the vehicle's high-cold adaptability test is one of many automobile test projects， which is irreplaceable and necessary. At present， independent auto brands， joint venture auto brands， and foreign auto brands all attach great importance to the high-cold adaptability test of the whole vehicle， and a large number of test vehicles are concentrated in the cold area for testing.

1 汽車产品开发过程中的节点

车辆开发一般有以下几个节点：项目启动-战略回顾-概念选择-项目批准-设计释放-产品释放-项目回顾-SOP-投产。

由图1可以看出试验验证在整个新产品开发过程中的起到极其重要的作用，是对产品设计的肯定，关系到产品能否顺利投产上市。

试验验证又分为零部件台架试验和整车试验，所有零部件台架试验合格之后才能进一步搭载到整车上进行整车验证。整车高寒适应性试验又是必须要进行的试验，而且必须充分验证，另一方面寒区每年的极冷黄金试验时间约3个月，错过这三个月就要再等一年，产品投产也要延期一年。个别试验车辆试制完成较晚，错过极冷黄金试验时间，天气温度达不到试验要求，可以通过环境仓对车辆进行降温，以满足试验要求，保证试验进度不受影响。……
