摘  要：随着经济的不断发展和社会的不断进步，人们的生活水平日益提升，消费水平相比之前也有了很大的提高。因此，对城市生活垃圾产生量的预测是实施垃圾分类管理的一个重要前提条件。该文首先对北京市垃圾产生量现状及研究现状进行分析，根据北京市2010—2019年垃圾产生量建立灰色预测模型，对未来10年的垃圾产生量进行预测，分析预测结果并提出合理有效的建议。

Prediction of Waste Volume in Beijing Based on Grey Prediction Model

Abstract：With the continuous development of economy and social progress，our living standard is improving day by day，and the consumption level has also been greatly improved than before. Therefore，the prediction of municipal solid waste production is an important prerequisite for implementing waste classification management. Firstly，this paper analyzes the current situation of waste generation amount in Beijing and research status. Based on the waste generation amount in Beijing from 2010 to 2019，a grey prediction model is established to predict the waste generation amount in the next 10 years，analyze the prediction results and put forward reasonable and effective suggestions.

0  引  言

近年來，全国各大中型城市纷纷试点垃圾分类回收新模式，并在电视、报纸、网络等传媒上进行大力宣传。城市生活垃圾的产生量、清运量不断增加，这给城市生活垃圾管理和处置带来巨大压力，城市垃圾管理业已成为城市发展过程中所面临的重要问题。城市生活垃圾的产生量是建设城市生活垃圾处理工程的重要依据。比如说，现有的垃圾分类系统还存在诸多不足之处，要想进行改革创新，首先要对未来的垃圾产生量进行精准的评估，据此做到有效地对垃圾箱进行容量的设计。在调查的过程中，发现有大部分城市并没有认真地统计每年的垃圾产生量或清运量，这将导致无法准确地为这些城市提出相应的垃圾分类对策和建议。同时，垃圾分类数据的欠准确也会给政府、环卫等相关部门带来许多问题。因此，利用预测模型对垃圾产生量进行准确预测具有举足轻重的作用。……
