摘要：科技成果转化是特检机构提升质量、提升技术、保障安全的重要手段，是引领特检事业发展的重要动力。论文从完善制度、搭建平台、培养人才、宣传成果、布局销售网络、推进成果应用、重视标准化、推广经验八个方面系统阐述了广东省特种设备检测研究院珠海检测院科技成果转化工作探索实践，以期为国内特检机构推动科技成果转化提供方法和思路。

Abstract： The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is an important means for special equipment inspection institutions to improve their quality， technology and safety， and is also an important driving force for the development of special equipment inspection. This paper systematically expounds the exploration and practice of the transformation of Zhuhai Branch Guangdong Institute of Special Equipment Inspection and Research from scientific and technological achievements from eight aspects of perfecting the system， setting up the platform， cultivating talents， publicizing achievements， distributing the sales network， promoting the application of achievements， attaching importance to standardization， and promotion experience， with a view to special equipment inspection agencies to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements to provide methods and ideas.

0 引言

近年來，广东省特种设备检测研究院珠海检测院（以下简称：珠海检测院）高度重视科技创新，以具有自主知识产权的科研成果为基础，着力推动科技成果转化、应用及推广，取得了良好的业绩，总结了一定的经验。

本文从完善制度、搭建平台、培养人才、宣传成果、布局销售网络、推进成果应用、重视标准化、推广转化经验八个方面系统阐述了珠海检测院科技成果转化工作探索实践。

1 完善科技成果转化相关制度

2015年以来，为了加快推进各行各业的科技成果转化步伐，调动科研人员的科技成果转化积极性，让科研人员可以凭科技成果收益致富，国家及地方政府颁布了一系列的促进科技成果转化政策和措施[1-8]。珠海检测院认真研究了国家及地方政府的各项政策，制定并完善了一系列的科技成果转化相关制度。
