【摘  要】重点行业企业用地调查是土壤污染现状调查的重要内容，其能通过布点、信息采集、样品保存流转、样品分析与测试等环节的关联，准确评价土地污染情况，为下一阶段的土地综合治理和高效开发利用创造有利条件。论文在阐述重点行业企业用地初步采样调查主要目标的基础上，就初步采样调查技术要点展开分析，并指出重点行业企业用地初步采样调查技术使用的注意事项，以期进一步提升企业用地初步采样调查的精准性，进而及时掌握土地污染动态，有效实现污染治理，促进重点行业企业稳步发展。

【Abstract】The land use survey of enterprises in key industries is an important part of the current situation survey of soil pollution. It can accurately evaluate the land pollution through the connection of points distribution， information collection， sample preservation and circulation， sample analysis and testing and other links， so as to create favorable conditions for comprehensive land treatment and efficient development and utilization in the next stage. On the basis of expounding the main objectives of the preliminary sampling survey of land use of enterprises in key industries， this paper analyzes the key points of the preliminary sampling survey technology， and points out the precautions for the use of the preliminary sampling survey technology of land use of enterprises in key industries， so as to further improve the accuracy of the preliminary sampling survey of land use of enterprises， thereby grasping the dynamics of land pollution in a timely manner， effectively achieving pollution control， and promoting the steady development of enterprises in key industries.

1 引言

土地污染是影响社会经济可持续发展的重要因素。现阶段，我国土地污染问题较为严重，这对农业、工业的发展造成了较大影响，所以有必要开展土地污染的调查和治理。信息采集是土地污染调查治理的基础环节，在土地污染信息采集中，应重视初步采样调查技术的规范使用，以此为土地污染防治工作奠定良好的基础。

2 重点行业企业用地初步采样调查的主要目标

重点行业企业用地初步采样调查工作直接关系着土地污染监测防控的效果，在实际调查中，应严格按照确定调查对象、基础信息调查、风险筛分、初步采样调查、风险分级的流程进行管理。通过对这些用地信息的采集和分析，能够为后期土地污染的治理提供有效指导。……
