【摘  要】2016年以来，随着直播技术和手段的不断改进，我国直播行业得到了飞跃式的发展。受到国内外新冠肺炎疫情的影响，企业线下办公及员工培训受到了冲击和限制，以直播和短视频为主要形式的线上直播迎来了新的发展机遇。企业为保障疫情防控期间的业绩和工作效率，利用互联网直播等网络工具开展跨地区的线上办公。企业培训部门为确保员工培训质量和效果，通过网络技术手段和现有网络平台开展了各种形式的員工培训活动。论文在对线上培训进行阐述和分析的基础上，对线上直播在企业员工培训中的实践进行了思考，探讨线上直播培训实践中存在的问题，并提出相应的改进措施，以期为企业线上直播培训提供一定的参考与帮助。

【Abstract】Since 2016， with the continuous improvement of live technology and means， China's live industry has developed by leaps and bounds. Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic at home and abroad， the offline office and staff training has been affected and restricted. Online live， mainly in the form of live and short video， ushered in new development opportunities. In order to ensure the performance and work efficiency during the epidemic prevention and control period， the enterprise uses network tools such as internet live broadcasting to carry out cross regional online office. In order to ensure the quality and effect of staff training， the enterprise training department has carried out various forms of staff training activities through network technology and existing network platforms. Based on the elaboration and analysis of online training， this paper considers the practice of online live in enterprise staff training， discusses the problems existing in the practice of online live training， and puts forward corresponding improvement measures， so as to provide some reference and help for enterprise online live training.

1 引言

近年来，随着现代通信技术和互联网技术的快速发展，我国直播技术逐渐发展成熟，直播行业得到迅速发展，并且由于直播快速、便捷、灵活性高的特点，线上直播逐渐渗透到各行各业并且开始被应用于教育培训领域[1]。员工培训是企业培养人才、提高员工工作素质和效率、促进企业可持续发展的重要手段。2020年以来，国内外新冠肺炎疫情爆发，各行各业出于疫情防控的需要，均只能通过互联网平台在线办公，传统的企业员工培训模式受到极大冲击。众多企业积极利用网络信息技术，克服空间上的培训难题，通过直播平台以线上直播的形式开展员工培训活动。……
