【摘  要】论文首先分析了区块链技术的特点和我国发展区块链技术集成应用的意义，然后通过分析现阶段造成中小企业融资难问题的原因，探讨区块链技术破解中小企业融资制约因素的技术路径和技术方案。最后，对运用区块链技术破解中小企业融资难题的具体实施方案提出政策建议。

【Abstract】Firstly， this paper analyzes the characteristics of blockchain technology and the significance of developing the integrated application of blockchain technology in China. Then， by analyzing the reasons for the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises at the present stage， this paper discusses the technical path and technical scheme of blockchain technology to solve the financing constraints of small and medium-sized enterprises. Finally， this paper puts forward policy suggestions on the specific implementation scheme of using blockchain technology to solve the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises.

1 引言

2019年10月25日，中共中央政治局进行了有关区块链技术的第十八次集体学习。习近平同志明确指出，要将区块链技术作为我国核心技术自主创新的重要突破口。近年来，区块链的集成和应用得到了广泛关注。

中小企业融资难的问题是现阶段中小企业发展亟待解决的一个重要的问题。因此，运用区块链技术促进中小企业融资具有现实意义。

2 区块链技术特点及我国发展区块链技术集成应用的意义

区块链技术，是广泛应用于互联网的一种分布式的数据库技术，具有去中心化、系统内公开、透明、可广泛参与的特点，可广泛应用于金融等各领域。

随着信息技术的不断发展和普及，我国正在经历由信息经济到数字经济的转变，未来趋势是由数字经济再延伸到智能经济。伴随这一过程，经济发展对数据和数字化建设的要求越来越高。数据的安全、存储、采集与更新和有效使用是数字化建设的关键几个方面。区块链技术具有去中心化、点对点传输、具备共识机制等特点，通过加密算法可获得系统性数据安全。……
