【摘  要】近年来，企业基层党建政工工作对企业的长效运作和管理效率的提高发挥了积极的促进作用，加强企业基层党建政工工作已经成为企业管理的重要内容，但在实践中其仍然存在许多问题。论文从企业发展现状出发，针对基层党建政工工作存在的问题，提出了解决问题的新思路，以期促进企业党建政工工作在基层的顺利开展，为企业的发展提供助力。

【Abstract】In recent years， the grassroots Party building and political work of enterprises has played a positive role in promoting the long-term operation and the improvement of management efficiency of enterprises. Strengthening the grassroots Party building and political work of enterprises has become an important content of enterprises' management， but there are still many problems existing in its practice. Starting from the development status of enterprises， this paper puts forward new ideas for solving the problems existing in the grassroots Party building and political work， so as to promote the smooth development of Party building and political work at the grassroots level in enterprises and provide assistance for the development of enterprises.

1 引言

随着社会的快速发展，企业的内部党建政工工作也发生了变化。通过党建工作的创新，有利于推动中国经济实现新发展。随着改革的深入，创新型党组织建设问题日益突出，要从根本上解决这些问题，只有不断为企业基层政工工作发展提供明确的方向，才能提升企业政工人员的工作积极性，确保基层党建政工工作高质量开展。

2 企业基层党建政工工作概述

企业基层党建政工工作是企业工作中的重要内容，主要指将国家和党的先进指导思想在企业的管理过程中加以运用，从而提升企业管理效率、凝聚员工向心力的一项工作。随着我国经济建设的不断推进，企业在我国经济体系中占据重要地位，同时，在体制管理不断完善的背景下，传统的党建政工工作方式已经无法满足现阶段的工作要求，所以要将其与企业生产方式和经营方式进行有效的结合，有效进行创新管理，为企业政工发展注入新的活力，从而对问题进行有效的解决，为企业党建政工工作的开展奠定基础。……
