摘 要：雷公藤红素是传统中药雷公藤中的活性成分。雷公藤红素具有减肥、保护神经、抗癌、抗病毒、抗炎、抑菌等多种活性，被誉为最有可能被开发成为现代药物的5种传统天然药用化合物之一。本文对雷公藤红素的全球专利申请进行了统计和分析，包括申请量、地域分布、雷公藤红素的天然提取、结构衍生化、制药用途、作用机理、药物递送、联合用药等各个技术分支的专利技术，梳理了雷公藤红素的技术发展路线，为相关科研机构和药企充分利用雷公藤红素提供一定的产业化基础。

Abstract： Celastrol is the active ingredient in the traditional Chinese medicine Tripterygium wilfordii. Celastrol has a variety of activities such as weight loss， nerve protection， anti-cancer， anti-virus， anti-inflammatory and antibacterial activities， which is hailed as one of the five traditional natural medicinal compounds most likely to be developed into modern medicines. In this paper， Celastrol's global patent applications are counted and analyzed， including the number of applications， geographical distribution， Celastrol's natural extraction， structure derivatization， pharmaceutical use， mechanism of action， drug delivery， combination medication and other patented technologies in various technical branches， and the technical development route of Overview is sorted out to provide a certain industrialization basis for relevant scientific research institutions and pharmaceutical companies to make full use of Overview.

雷公藤紅素（Celastrol）的别名有南蛇藤素、南蛇藤醇、南蛇藤碱，是一种三萜内酯环氧化物，也称作醌-甲基化物，其结构如图1所示。

雷公藤红素广泛存在于卫矛科雷公藤属植物和南蛇藤属植物的根皮部位。早在1965年，已有研究发现，分离自雷公藤的醌类物质具有抗菌、抗肿瘤活性[1]。雷公藤红素在关节炎、狼疮、肌萎缩性侧索硬化症和阿尔茨海默病的动物模型中均显示出治疗作用，还对多种癌细胞系显示出抗增殖作用。2007年，期刊《细胞》将雷公藤红素与青蒿素、雷公藤甲素、辣椒素和姜黄素并列，将其称为最有可能也最值得开发为现代药物的五种天然化合物[2]。2015年，关于雷公藤红素的减肥和瘦素增敏作用的报道更使其成为风靡全球的明星药物[3]。

国内外研究发现，雷公藤红素具有多种药效，如抗病毒、免疫抑制、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗肥胖、治疗自身免疫疾病、治疗糖尿病、神经保护、预防心血管和代谢相关疾病等[4-5]。……
