广元市雷电易发区的划分

摘 要:利用排除小幅值干扰的2005—2016年广元市雷电监测数据,采用克里金-高斯函数模型插值分析,通过自然间断点法对广元市雷电易发区进行划分,并利用1990—2013年广元市人工观测资料计算出的结果对该划分结果进行验证。结果表明:广元市雷电易发性由南向北逐渐降低,雷电高易发区主要分布在剑阁县以及青川县南部,昭化区西部和中部;中易发区主要分布在青川县中部,利州区、旺苍县南部以及苍溪县大部分区域;低易发区主要分布在朝天区以及旺苍北部,青川的北部和西部。划分结果能通过人工观测资料的对比验证,用该方法做出的广元市雷电易发区的区划结果具有较高的可靠性。

Abstract: Using the lightning monitoring data of Guangyuan City from 2005 to 2016 excluding small amplitude interference, the lightning prone areas of Guangyuan City were divided by using the natural discontinuity method by using Kriging Gaussian function model interpolation analysis, and the division results were verified by using the results calculated from the manual observation data of Guangyuan City from 1990 to 2013. The results show that the lightning susceptibility of Guangyuan City decreases gradually from south to north, and the high lightning susceptibility areas are mainly distributed in the south of Jiange county and Qingchuan County, the West and middle of Zhaohua district; Middle prone areas are mainly distributed in the middle of Qingchuan County, Lizhou District, the south of Wangcang County and most areas of Cangxi County; Low risk areas are mainly distributed in Chaotian District, the north of Wangcang and the north and west of Qingchuan. The division results can be verified by the comparison of manual observation data. The division results of lightning prone areas in Guangyuan City made by this method have high reliability.

广元市地处四川北部边缘,山地向盆地过渡地带,强对流天气频发,每年都有因雷电造成的人员和财产损失。开展广元市雷电易发区的划分不仅符合《国务院关于优化建设工程防雷许可的决定》(国发〔2016〕39号)提出的明确要求,而且是广元市开展防雷减灾工作的重要环节。近年来,多数学者对雷电易发性进行等级划分。胡颖利用ArcGIS软件制作了2007—2016年云南省年平均闪电密度分布图,真实反映出云南省近10年雷电发生的实际情况;同时,采用自然断点法将云南省雷电易发性等级划分为五个等级,分别为:一般易发区、中易发区、较高易发区、高易发区、极高易发区,并指出各雷电易发等级的分布区域[1]。……
