摘 要：本文以锡林浩特天气雷达为中心，开展6部天气雷达组网系统的研发，涵盖单站产品、组网产品的生成和显示模块，建立了中心端和应用端的运行模式，设计了不同雷达的入网接口，既方便了旗县气象站的应用，又可以接入更多的局地雷达。经过试验运行，结果表明：锡林浩特天气雷达组网系统运行稳定，使用方便，大大改进了雷达观测和应用成效。

Abstract：Taking Xilinhot weather radar as the center， this paper carried out the research and development of 6 weather radar networking systems， covering the generation and display modules of single station products and networking products， established the operation modes of the center end and application end， and designed the network access interfaces of different radars， which not only facilitated the application of county weather stations， but also could access more local radars. The test results show that the Xilinhot weather radar networking system is stable and easy to use， which greatly improves the effectiveness of radar observation and application.

天氣雷达在天气监测、预警及防灾减灾等过程中发挥着重要作用。天气雷达组网系统在有效监测强对流天气过程中发挥着重要作用，不仅大幅度提升了气象灾害预警预报的准确率，而且在一定程度上推动了我国气象业务的发展。由于锡林郭勒盟地域辽阔，新一代天气雷达布网稀疏，不足以覆盖全盟范围的天气系统。基于业务的需求，将锡林郭勒盟1部新一代和2部非新一代天气雷达及其周边的3部新一代天气雷达进行组网，收集雷达基数据上传至处理中心，开展数据预处理、质量控制、单站产品生成及组网产品生成，将生成的产品通过网络进行区内外交换和共享，为内蒙古自治区天气监测预报预警服务提供支撑。6部天气雷达包括：锡林浩特新一代天气雷达（CA）、正蓝旗C波段713雷达、东乌旗全固态双偏振X波段天气雷达、乌兰察布集宁新一代天气雷达（CB）、霍林郭勒新一代天气雷达（CB）、张北新一代天气雷达（CB——升级SA）。……
