【摘要】经济高速发展背景下，各类先进技术持续性入驻各行业领域中，做好档案管理工作作为各医院重要工作内容，需对其加以重视，因其实际性承载医院管理活动及其机构建设状况，提高医院档案管理水平，实现医院档案管理更具规范化、数字化。新时期背景下，医院档案管理需跟随时代发展潮流，从多各视角提出相应的管理措施，增强医院档案管理数字化、信息化，全面贯彻医院各项工作，为广大群众提供更优质的服务。本文主要分析医院档案管理实际特征及其价值，分析其实际管理中存在瓶颈，提出行之有效的管理策略，提高医院档案管理水平。

【Abstract】Under the background of rapid economic development， various advanced technologies continue to enter various industries and fields. Doing a good job of archives management is an important work content of each hospital， which needs to be paid attention to because of its practicality to carry hospital management activities and institutional construction In order to improve the level of hospital archives management and realize more standardized and digitalized hospital archives management. Under the background of the new era， hospital file management needs to follow the trend of the times， propose corresponding management measures from multiple perspectives， enhance the digitalization and informatization of hospital file management， fully implement the various tasks of the hospital， and provide better services to the general public. This article mainly analyzes the actual characteristics and value of hospital archives management， analyzes the bottlenecks in its actual management， and proposes effective management strategies to improve the level of hospital archives management.

新時期背景下，各类先进技术不断推广实践，医院档案信息爆发式增长，且档案信息资料内容多样化，增加档案管理难度，需积极与现下时代做好衔接，采取有效的管理措施提高档案管理水平。医院档案客观、全面记载医院日常活动，如行政档案、人事档案等，作为各项活动重要凭证，且是医疗科研工作有序实施基础保证。随着医院服务水平提高，其各项工作内容实现精细化划分，形成档案资料种类繁多，具有一定的复杂性，受多方面因素影响，难以获取良好的管理成效，不利于各项服务有效执行，有必要提出针对性解决措施，为医院档案管理规范化提供助力。
