【摘    要】不夸张地说，从呱呱坠地到垂垂老矣，语文贯穿了人的一生。新课改推行以来，课堂教学的重要性被再三强调，课堂效率成为新的教学关注点。为了响应教学改革的号召，笔者认为打造高效课堂，提升教学质量很有必要。因此，本文主要围绕目前初中课文存在的问题，提出打造高效语文课堂的具体对策，以期提高初中语文教学质量。

Create an Efficient Classroom for Junior High School Chinese and Improve the Quality of Junior High School Chinese Teaching

【Abstract】It is not an exaggeration to say that from birth to old age， Chinese has run through a person's life. Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform， the importance of classroom teaching has been repeatedly emphasized， and classroom efficiency has become a new focus of teaching. In order to respond to the call for teaching reform， this article believes that it is necessary to build an efficient classroom and improve the quality of teaching.Therefore， this article mainly revolves around the current problems in the texts of junior high schools， and proposes specific countermeasures to build an efficient Chinese classroom in order to improve the quality of junior high school Chinese teaching.

有了幼儿园和小学九年的学习作为基础，初中学生已有一定的语文知识储备，但语文知识的继续累积还需要学生不断从课堂上获得给养。因此，课堂效率的高低从某种程度上来说将会影响学生语文水平提升的速度。那么，应如何打造高效课堂呢？本文认为，在强调人文情怀的初中语文课堂上，教师应认识并克服当前教学存在的问题，将学生从学习的机器培养成满怀兴趣走进语文世界的探索者。

一、目前初中语文课堂存在的问题

（一）课堂教学忽略了学生之间的差异

世界上可能存在很多相似的人，却不可能有各个方面完全相同的两个人，因此，即使是处于相同教学环境的同一个班的学生也会因为各自的语文基础和钻研领悟能力之间的差异，呈现出不同的语文水平。而当前初中语文教学片面强调教学进度而忽略学生个体差异，直接采用“一刀切”的教学方式容易使差生因为跟不上课堂节奏而变得更差，伤害学生的自信心，阻碍学生发展。……
