摘  要：近年来，创业拼凑作为创业领域的新兴主题之一，已经引起了国内外学者的广泛关注，并取得了不少成果。为系统梳理创业拼凑研究的现状，该文基于现有研究，以思维、能力和行为这3个视角对创业拼凑的内涵进行整理，并从资源观、战略观和环境观等管理视角出发归纳了创业拼凑的前因变量，同时围绕其作用效果进行文献梳理，构建出创业拼凑的理论框架，最后从这3个方面内容对创业拼凑进行展望。

Literature Review and Prospects of Entrepreneurial Bricolage

Abstract： In recent years， as one of the emerging topics in the field of entrepreneurship， entrepreneurial bricolage has attracted extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad， and achieved a lot of achievements. In order to systematically sort out the current situation of entrepreneurial bricolage research， based on the existing research， this paper sorts out the connotation of entrepreneurial bricolage from the perspectives of thinking， ability and behavior， summarizes the antecedent variables of entrepreneurial bricolage from the management perspectives of resource view， strategic view and environmental view， combs the literature around its effect， and constructs the theoretical framework of entrepreneurial bricolage. Finally， it looks forward to the entrepreneurial bricolage from three aspects.

在“大眾创业，万众创新”的政策背景下，社会创新创业氛围日益浓厚，创业活动正逐渐成为我国经济高质量发展的重要助推器。然而，不少企业在创立和发展的过程中都面临资源稀缺的难题，难以获得有效的生存与成长。创业拼凑（Entrepreneurial Bricolage）这一概念由Baker和Nelson（2005）首次提出，这为遭遇资源稀缺困境的企业提供了一种崭新的发展思路，他们认为，在资源束缚的情境下，企业可以将就利用手头现有的资源，这些资源通常是免费的或低成本的，在短时间内对其进行创造性组合，进而形成应对新问题的解决方案。

经过十几年的发展，不同学者对创业拼凑展开了许多研究，为该主题的进步提供了基础性支撑。但目前关于创业拼凑的研究仍存在几点不足：一是创业拼凑作为一个新兴话题，其定义尚未统一，相关变量研究也尚未厘清，呈现较碎片化。……
