摘  要：在大数据技术快速发展的时代背景下，对公共管理具有十分重要的影响，同时也使公共管理面临诸多挑战。如何适应形势发展需要，将大数据技术应用于公共管理领域，大力推动公共管理改革和创新，是公共管理部门和管理人员必须高度重视的重大问题，但有些公共管理部门和公共管理人员对大数据的理解和认识还不到位。该文对此进行了研究和探讨，在简要分析大数据对公共管理影响的基础上，重点分析了大数据背景下公共管理面临的突出问题，最后就如何适应大数据环境、推动公共管理改革与创新提出优化对策，旨在为促进公共管理实现更大突破提供参考与借鉴。

Abstract： Under the background of the rapid development of big data technology， it has a very important impact on public management， but also makes public management face many challenges. How to adapt to the development needs of the situation， apply big data technology to the field of public management and vigorously promote public management reform and innovation is a major issue that public management departments and managers must attach great importance to. However， some public management departments and public managers do not have a good understanding and understanding of big data. Based on a brief analysis of the impact of big data on public management， this paper focuses on the prominent problems faced by public management under the background of big data， and finally puts forward optimization countermeasures on how to adapt to the big data environment and promote public management reform and innovation， in order to provide reference and reference for promoting greater breakthroughs in public management.

在我国高度重视治理体系和治理能力现代化的新形势下，加强和改进公共管理已经上升到战略层面，特别是要适应形势发展需要，进一步优化和完善公共管理模式，推动公共管理体系建设，努力提升公共管理水平[1]。从当前公共管理的整体运行情况来看，尽管与过去相比有了进步，而且也呈现出良好态势，但按照较高标准进行研究与分析，公共管理的针对性、系统性以及融合性还不强，特别是在推动大数据技术与公共管理有效融合、衔接、互动方面仍然面临诸多困境，直接导致大数据背景下公共管理出現了一系列不容忽视的问题。对此，公共管理……
