摘  要：伴随着高质量发展远景目标在国家层面上不断被提及，必将引导社会各方面工作集中精力推进改革创新、推动高质量发展，档案信息化的高质量发展也在不断受到重视。该文运用SWOT分析法对国有企业档案信息化建设的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行了分析，提出了国有企业档案信息化建设的具体策略，以期为相关工作的提质增效提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract： With the long-term goal of high-quality development constantly mentioned at the national level， it will guide all aspects of social work to focus on promoting reform and innovation and high-quality development. The high-quality development of archives informatization is also being paid more and more attention. by using SWOT analysis method， this paper analyzes the advantages， disadvantages， opportunities and threats of archives informatization construction of state-owned enterprises， and puts forward specific strategies for archives informatization construction of state-owned enterprises， in order to provide reference and reference for improving quality and efficiency of relevant work.

檔案信息化建设是指应用信息技术生成、管理、开发利用档案的过程。它是企业信息化建设的重要组成部分，同时也是提高档案管理水平的重要手段。随着国有企业在日常经营生产中产生了越来越多的电子文档，档案信息化建设显得愈加迫切。

1  国有企业档案信息化建设的优势分析

1.1 国有企业中信息化系统的普遍存在

国有企业中普遍存在办公系统，如人力、财务、工程管理、设备物资、科技管理等业务部门的信息化系统，这为各个业务系统和档案管理系统之间提供接口，并进一步实现数据交换提供了可能[1]。

1.2 国有企业党组织的先锋模范作用

“东西南北中，党政军民学，党是领导一切的”，档案管理同样要强调党的领导作用。坚持和加强党的领导，是国有企业的根和魂，是国有企业的独特优势，因此，对于档案信息化建设的统筹规划，国有企业具有得天独厚的组织资源保证。
