摘  要：随着新型农村合作医疗的实行、国家加大对医疗卫生的投入，基层卫生院的建设得以稳步发展，对医疗设备的投入也逐年上升，越来越多的高精尖医疗设备被引入卫生院各个科室，提高了诊疗的准确率，医疗设备水平在一定程度上反映卫生院的医疗水平，也有助于提升卫生院自身竞争力。确保医疗设备资源的高效合理利用，对设备的维护管理提出了更高的要求，对促进卫生院的持续健康发展意义重大。

Analysis on the Equipment Management of Basic Health Centers

Abstract： With the implementation of the new rural cooperative medical treatment and the national investment in medical and health care， the construction of grassroots health centers develops steadily and the investment in medical equipment increases year by year， more and more advanced medical equipment is introduced to the accuracy of the medical equipment to a certain extent， which also helps to enhance the competitiveness of the health center.To ensure the efficient and reasonable use of medical equipment resources has put forward higher requirements for the maintenance and management of the equipment， which is of great significance to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the health center.

對该市部分卫生院的调研结果显示：目前，卫生院对于大型医疗设备的购置需求逐步增强，通过这些新设备的应用，相关医疗活动的展开将更具针对性，有利于提高基层医疗队伍的诊疗准确率，由此对基层医疗设备的管理工作提出了更高的要求。卫生院作为差额补助类型基层综合医院，在做好基本医疗和基本公卫工作之外，也要努力发展特色科室特色医疗，以期增加医疗收入，要实现这一目标，就需要增加更多的医疗设备;卫生院要根据自身建设目标和发展程度做好定位，采购什么类型的医疗设备、多少数量、设备利用率和使用率、社会效益和经济效益等;医疗设备的购置与使用必须与卫生院建设相适应，才能最大程度地推动卫生院的健康发展。

1  卫生院医疗设备的概述

卫生院作为乡镇级综合医院，在诊疗规模、资金投入、人才储备等诸多方面局限性大，在医疗服务方面以完成基本医疗为主要目标，重大疾病实施转诊。……
