摘  要：随着印刷行业数字化、绿色化、网络化发展的加快，就国内市场而言，中小型企业的利润空间越来越小，面对行业严峻的挑战，更需要提升企业员工色彩管理的意识，针对印前数据匹配程度、印刷生产、印后加工整个工艺流程进行必要的色彩管理。该文重点对显示设备、印前设计软件和数字印刷等常用设备进行色彩管理方法的研究，通过全流程监控让设备的效益最大化，实现色彩的准确传递。

Research on Color Management Solutions for Small and Medium-sized Printing Enterprises

Abstract： With the acceleration of the digital， green and networked development of the printing industry， as far as the domestic market is concerned， the profit space of small and medium-sized enterprises is getting smaller and smaller. Facing the severe challenges of the industry， it is more necessary to improve the awareness of enterprise employees' color management and carry out necessary color management for the whole process of prepress data matching， brush production and post press processing. This paper focuses on the research of color management methods for common equipment such as display equipment， prepress design software and digital printing， so as to maximize the benefits of equipment and realize the accurate transmission of color through the whole process monitoring.

隨着印刷行业数字化、绿色化、网络化发展的加快，印刷企业的竞争越来越激烈，除了有效提升生产效率之外，如何解决色彩精确再现、获得高品质印刷品成为各企业重视的话题。

目前，国内印刷企业色彩管理系统覆盖率较低，对于中小型印刷企业在这块更不理想，主要存在于以下几个方面：一是色彩管理系统投入花费和后期专业人员的培训和支出较大;二是涉及相关企业对于色彩管理系统的认识不足，仅停留在初级阶段，重视程度不够，导致后期数据交互的障碍;三是各类纸张、油墨等材料影响因素较多，建立的特征性文件不能长期使用，需要随时改变，控制难度较大。所以，各中小企业应该根据实际情况，逐步解决、完善，真正将现有设备的优势发挥出来。以下面为例，讨论色彩管理在数字化流程体系中的运用。

1  显示器设备色彩管理

色彩管理是为了颜色在复制过程中能够准确还原，而显示器的色彩管理是首要任务，如何让显示器的显示效果与打样、实际印刷生产效果接近程度更高，就需要对显示器进行调校。……
