摘  要：国土空间规划关系到区域的经济发展與生态环境保护工作，通过高质量的国土空间规划工作可保证国土空间资源的科学合理利用。然而国土空间资源处于动态变化之中，需要在规划工作中准确获知国土空间的现状，进而需要一个良好的测绘技术，动态化观测国土空间的变化，由于GPS技术具备高精度、实时定位、可操作性好的特点，使得其在国土空间规划中得到了广泛的应用，该文主要从GPS测绘技术入手，对其在国土空间规划中的应用目标、应用流程进行了分析，以为实际的国土空间测绘工作提供参考。

Application of GPS Surveying and Mapping Technology in land Space Planning

Abstract： Land spatial planning is related to regional economic development and ecological environment protection. High quality land spatial planning can ensure the scientific and rational utilization of land spatial resources. However， land and space resources are in dynamic changes， so it is necessary to accurately know the current situation of land and space in the planning work， and then need a good surveying and mapping technology to dynamically observe the changes of land and space. Because GPS technology has the characteristics of high precision， real-time positioning and good operability， it has been widely used in land and space planning， Starting with GPS Surveying and mapping technology， this paper analyzes its application objectives and application process in land spatial planning， so as to provide reference for the actual land spatial surveying and mapping work.

在国土空间规划工作中，需要众多高精度的测绘数据信息，以为空间规划工作提供参考。目前，国土空间测绘应用较多的是GPS技术，GPS技术发展已经成熟，其在国土规划中的运用，可以对规划区域的空间坐标进行精确的定位，绘制出精确的地形图，以及通过与遥感技术的联合应用，获取高质量的遥感图像，而国土空间规划以这些数据、图像为依据，分析规划空间的现状，以提高国土空间规划工作的质量与效率。

1  GPS与国土空间规划概述

1.1 GPS技术

GPS（Global Positioning System，GPS），中文翻译为全球定位系统，其借助卫星实现高精度的定位，并且可全天候、全球定位。目前，GPS技术发展非常成熟，在海陆空任何位置，都可进行目标位置的实时定位，定位精度达到了cm级。由于该技术具有观测时间短、测站无需通视、抗干扰性强、仪器操作简单等优势，使得GPS测绘技术在国土空间规划中得到了广泛的应用。……
