【摘要】目的：探討品管圈（QualityControlCircle，QCC）对眼耳鼻喉病区护理管理质量的影响。方法：选取2019年1月至2020年12月我院眼耳鼻喉科20名护理人员作为本次研究对象，其中，2019年1月至2019年12月护理管理中未实施品管圈活动的分为一组（对照组），2020年1月至2020年12月在护理管理中实施品管圈活动的分为一组（观察组），观察并对比两组护理人员其护理效果及护理工作的能力。结果：观察组护理质量合格率相较对照组明显更高（P<0.05）;观察组团队凝聚力、团队自信心、团队积极性、团队责任心、沟通协调能力、解决问题的能力以及参与管理意识等护理工作能力评分均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：眼耳鼻喉科病区护理工作相对来说比较复杂，品管圈对促进眼耳鼻喉病区护理管理质量提升具有较为积极的影响，不仅可以有效提升科室内护理人员个人工作能力，而且还可以确保病区的护理质量，从而有效促进护理效果提升。

Influence of QCC on quality of nursing management in ophthalmology and nose throat ward

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of quality control circle （QCC） on the quality of nursing management in eye， ear， nose and throat ward. Methods： 20 nurses in the Department of Ophthalmology， otolaryngology of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. Those who did not implement quality control circle activities in nursing management from January 2019 to December 2019 were divided into one group （control group） and those who implemented quality control circle activities in nursing management from January 2020 to December 2020 were divided into one group （observation group）， The nursing effect and nursing ability of the two groups were observed and compared. Results： the qualified rate of nursing quality in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P < 0.05）; The scores of team cohesion， team self-confidence， team enthusiasm， team responsibility， communication and coordination ability， problem-solving ability and participation in management consciousness in the observation group were better than those in the control group （P< 0.05）. Conclusion： the nursing work in the Department of Ophthalmology and otolaryngology is relatively complex， and the quality control circle has a positive impact on promoting the quality of nursing management in the Department of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology， which can not only effectively improve the personal working ability of nursing staff in the Department， but also ensure the nursing quality of the Department， so as to effectively promote the nursing effect.

QCC主要指的是由相同、相近，或是互补的工作场所的人们自愿自发组成的以多数人一圈的小圈团队，因此又可将其称之为“质量小组”[1]。我国对于各大医疗机构的医疗质量改进工作是一个持续的、永恒的主题，如何对医疗质量进行持续性的改进，并促进医疗服务品质的提升是各大医疗结构所面临的共同性问题，将QCC引入到医疗护理工作中，将相关科室医护人员组成一个小组，并使其各自发挥自身优势、相互协调，进而促进护理质量以及工作效率提升[2]。……
