摘要： 以项目制为主的高校信息化建设手段落后，孤岛林立，缺乏良好的信息生态，导致教育治理发展受限。文章基于云计算、人工智能等前沿技术，建设了一套高校数字化转型解决方案，赋能人才培养模式、教育管理体系和科研建设生态，促使高校的教育治理过程更加精准化、智能化。

Research on the influence of frontier technology on the education

governance and the countermeasures

Abstract： The means of information construction in colleges and universities based on project system are backward， and there are many isolated islands and lack of good information ecology， which leads to the limited development of education governance. Based on the cloud computing， AI and other frontier technologies， this paper built a digital transformation solution to empower the talent training mode， education management system and scientific research in university， and to promote the process of education governance in colleges and universities more accurate and intelligent.

0 引言

以互联网、云计算、大数据、移动通信、人工智能为代表的信息技术把我们带向智能社会。前沿科技带来的社会变革必然推动教育领域的根本转变，促使教育部门以数字化服务为导向，以物联网智能科技、大数据技术为主要工具，以虚实融合为主要治理领域，对教育服务模式和治理理念进行创新，形成扁平化、协同化、网络化的组织结构，同时提升教育数据治理能力，向数据化、智能化和精准化方向发展，以适应智能社会需要。

1 前沿技术的相关概述

信息技术创新的热点前沿领域主要包括云计算、大数据、人工智能和区块链。这些技术的基础性、引领性和创新性特征明显，对于激发、赋能和提升数字经济发展至关重要，其意义已经远远超出技术和工具层面，形成全方位、战略性影响。

图1展示了这些技术的作用和关联，云计算作为互联网的神经中枢，赋予IT资源可伸缩的力量，提供超强的计算能力，是有力的底层支撑。云计算产出的数据量大，数据形式非结构化。……
