摘要：针对大型精密仪器在高校本科实验教学中存在的问题，提出了信息化实验教学的实施方案。在新冠疫情背景下，积极响应教育部的号召，贯彻落实“停课不停学”方针，探索并实践了将线上教学支持平台与虚拟仿真实验平台相结合的全方位信息化医用物理学实验课程教学模式，完成了教学进度并保证了教学质量，达到了预期的教学效果。以医用物理学实验课程中的透射电镜实验为例，介绍了该信息化实验课程教学的具体实施方案，为大型精密仪器在本科实验教学中的应用提供参考。

Practice of Informatization Teaching of Medical Physics Experimental Curriculum

——Take the Transmission Electron Microscope Experiment as an Example

Abstract：Aiming at the problems of large precision instruments in undergraduate experimental teaching in colleges，this paper puts forward the implementation scheme of informatization experimental teaching. Under the background of COVID-19，we respond positively to the call of the Ministry of Education，implement the policy of “classes suspended but learning continues”，explore and practice the teaching mode of all-round informatization medical physics experimental curriculum combining online teaching support platform and virtual reality experimental platform，the teaching progress is completed，the teaching quality is guaranteed，and the expected teaching effect is achieved. Taking the transmission electron microscope experiment in the medical physics experimental curriculum as an example，this paper introduces the specific implementation scheme of the informatization experimental curriculum teaching，which provides reference for the application of large precision instruments in undergraduate experiment teaching.

0  引  言

医用物理学是医学和物理学两个学科交叉融合而产生的新学科，其以实验为基础，运用物理学的原理和方法辅助临床诊疗。医用物理学课程理论与实践并重，实验教学是其重要组成部分，旨在培养学生的科学思维方法、实验操作技能和专业综合能力，兼具专业性和应用性，是医科大学生物学、医学、药学等相关本科专业的必修公共基础课。医用物理学是物理学在临床医学中应用成果的具体表现[1]，现代医学的诊疗实践越来越依赖先进分析仪器，因此，掌握先进分析仪器的使用方法是医科大学学生的必备技能。

透射电子显微镜简称透射电镜（Transmission Electron Microscope，TEM），是一种可以在极高的分辨率和放大倍数下观察和研究物质微细结构的精密分析仪器，是在教学和科研中进行样品形貌、物质结构及微区成分分析的有力工具，也是医用物理学实验课程教学中的重要内容。……
