【摘 要】

目的：觀察柏子仁提取液的生发作用，证明其生发效果，研究其用量与作用的关系。方法：建立小鼠脱毛模型，分组不同剂量给药，对生长周期记录，对毛发生长进行评分，记录毛均长、毛均重。结果：低剂量组各个生发效果与阴性对照组相比无明显改变（P>0.05），但显著低于阳性对照组和中剂量组（P<0.05）。中剂量组生发效果与阳性对照组比较相似或略优异些（P>0.05）;但与阴性对照组和低剂量组相比，其会提前进入毛发生长期，并延长生长时间，毛发长度及重量也有显著增加，且差别均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。高剂量组生发效果与阳性对照组相似或略有不同（P>0.05）;与阴性对照组和低剂量组相比较，其会略延后进入毛发生长期，并缩短生长时间，毛发长度及重量也会有所增加（P<0.05）;但与中剂量组比较，个别生发效果不良，其皮肤维持白色时间和体毛生长评分均略有降低（P<0.05）。结论：柏子仁提取液对毛发生长有一定作用，但浓度不同其效果不同，中剂量组有促进毛发生长作用，高剂量组有抑制毛发生长作用。

Study on the Effect of Platycladi Semen Extract on Mouse Hair Growth

Abstract：

Objective To observe the hair growth effect of Platycladi Semen extract，prove its hair growth effect，and study the relationship between its dosage and effect.  Methods Establish a mouse depilation model，group different doses of administration，record the growth cycle，score the hair growth，record the average hair length and average hair weight.  Results Compared with the negative control group，the hair growth effect of the low-dose group had no significant changes （P>0.05），and were significantly lower than the positive control group and the middle-dose group （P<0.05）.  The hair growth effect of the middle-dose group is similar to or slightly better than that of the positive control group （P>0.05）; but compared with the negative control group and the low-dose group，it will enter the hair growth phase earlier and prolong the growth time，hair length and weight  there was also a significant increase，and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）.  The hair growth effect of the high-dose group is similar to or slightly different from that of the positive control group （P>0.05）; compared with the negative control group and the low-dose group，it will slightly delay the hair growth period，and shorten the growth time，hair length and weight  there will also be an increase （P<0.05）; however，compared with the medium-dose group，individual hair growth effects are poor，and the skin whitening time and body hair growth score are slightly reduced （P<0.05）.  Conclusion Platycladi Semen extract has a certain effect on hair growth，but the effect is different at different concentrations. The medium dose group can promote hair growth，and the high dose group can inhibit hair growth.

人类健康的标志是头发，但近几年脱发人群越来越多，而且越来越年轻化。病理性脱发是头皮正常，头发过度脱落，无其他特殊症状，病情长时间反复发作的现象[1]。脱发严重影响人外观形象，造成心理负担，甚至妨碍人群的正常社交、学习和工作，目前现代医学尚未探明发病原因，西医对脱发的治疗一般是刺激毛囊，免疫抑制剂和长期激素治疗，治疗药物依赖性强，停药或减量后复发几率高，且费用高昂，经济负担大[2]。

中医药治疗脱发由来已久，在《黄帝内经》《本草纲目》《神农本草经》等众多医书中都有记载。《黄帝内经》中有“发为血之余，肾其华在发”。中医认为头发的生长荣枯，主要与人的精血有关，精血与心肝肾关系密切，心主血脉，肝藏血，肾藏精，精为先天之本，可转化为血，发为血之余，精血充足，头发自然乌黑浓密，精血虚衰，头发也会日渐干枯脱落[3]。人的……
