【摘 要】

目的：對德宏州芒市傣医从业人数和执业困难，傣药资源、傣药基原情况进行调研，探讨芒市傣医药发展滞后的原因并提出发展建议。方法：采取查阅文献和入户调查等措施，确定德宏傣医特色诊疗技术，收集扫描傣医文献和古籍，调查傣药资源和基原。结果：德宏傣医药的古籍文献较少，特别是涉及傣医药理论的古籍文献更少;芒市傣医从业人员缺乏执业资质;傣药主要来源于自然资源，确定的傣药基原种类较少;傣医古籍涉及巴利文、老傣文、缅文等多种文字，涉及内容较为广泛;傣医特色诊疗技术难于确定，傣医适宜技术没有进入医保。结论：德宏州芒市傣医药发展滞后，建议将傣医药产业的发展深度融入到农业、教育、文化、旅游、养生保健、健康管理、扶贫等领域，形成一条完整德宏芒市傣医药的产业链，带动德宏芒市经济社会的高质量、高速发展。

Abstract：

Objective To investigate the number and difficulties of Dai medicine practitioners， Dai medicine resources and the original situation of Dai medicine in mang City， Dehong Prefecture， talk about the reasons for the lagging development of Dai medicine in mang City， and put forward development suggestions. Methods Through literature review and household investigation， we determined the characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology of Dehong Dai medicine， collected and scanned Dai medicine literature and ancient books， and investigated Dai medicine resources and origin. Results There were few ancient literatures on Dai medicine in Dehong， especially those related to Dai medicine theory; The practitioners of Dai medicine in Mangshi lack professional qualification; Dai medicine mainly comes from natural resources， and few species of Dai medicine are identified; Ancient Dai medical books involve many languages， such as Pali， Lao Dai， Myanmar and so on; It is difficult to determine the characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology of Dai medicine， and the appropriate technology of Dai medicine has not entered the medical insurance. Conclusion The development of Dai medicine in mang City， Dehong Prefecture lags behind. It is suggested to deeply integrate the development of Dai medicine industry into the fields of agriculture， education， culture， tourism， health care， health management and poverty alleviation， so as to form a complete industrial chain of Dai medicine in mang City， Dehong， and drive the high-quality and rapid development of economy and society in mang City， Dehong.

德宏州芒市的坝区自古就有“蛮瘴”之称。在芒市汉族民间还流传着“要来勐焕坝，先把媳妇嫁”的古谚语，说明了芒市坝区在过去疫疠瘴气横行，其他民族难以在坝区生存，而傣族人民世代居住在坝区，其主要原因就归功于傣医药的应用。我国的傣医药主要集中在云南省西双版纳州和德宏州两地。而德宏傣医的从业人员大部分集中在德宏芒市。上世纪80年代，傣医与藏医、蒙医、维医被国家正式确定为重点发展的四个民族医学。……
