【摘要】痤疮是一种好发于青春期的慢性炎症性的皮肤病，发病率较高，给患者的身心造成了一定的损害。本文围绕痤疮的中医病因病机进行一个概述，为临床上治疗痤疮提供参考。

Discussion on the etiology and pathogenesis of acne

【Abstract】Acne is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that occurs frequently in adolescence. It has a high incidence rate and has caused some damage to the body and mind of the patient. In this paper， we summarize the etiology and pathogenesis of acne in traditional Chinese medicine， and provide a reference for the clinical treatment of acne.

痤疮是青春期毛囊皮脂腺常见的慢性炎症性疾病，俗称“青春痘”“粉刺”，主要表现为炎性丘疹、脓疱、结节、囊肿及瘢痕等皮肤损害[1]。据统计，痤疮是全球第八大最普遍的疾病，影响约10%的世界人口[2]。严重的痤疮表现十分痛苦，并会导致毁容和疤痕，严重降低患者自尊，影响精神健康[3]。

1 病因病机

祖国传统医学认为，引起痤疮发病的病因常常与肺经风热、肠胃湿热、肝经郁热、肾虚火旺、冲任失调等有关。

1.1肺经风热

肺为华盖，肺为娇脏，肺在体内，覆盖着五脏六腑，其位置最高，又肺脏清虚娇嫩，最易受邪。痤疮最初发病与风热之邪侵袭肺脏密切相关，肺主表，外合皮毛，风热均为阳邪，可上袭头面部，引起头面部的气血瘀滞，右侧面颊出现丘疹、脓包、结节甚至囊肿等症状。

1.2肠胃湿热

肠胃湿热的痤疮患者，常常是因为饮食导致。由于长期食用肥甘厚味、辛辣油腻及乳制品，引起肠道内湿热蕴结，上蒸于头面部，诱发面部痤疮。从经络角度来看，胃与大肠同属于阳明经，皆循行于头面部及唇周。因此，肠胃湿热型的患者皮损常表现为唇周出现红肿丘疹、脓包、结节等症状，还会伴随有便秘、口臭、舌苔厚腻，脉滑数等。……
