【摘要】2019年底，全球多国多地相继出现了新冠肺炎的爆发流行，由于新冠病毒属首次发现，没有特效药，中医药界因此开展了治疗方案的积极探索。在中国试行第八版新冠肺炎诊疗方案中，对临床治疗期的确诊病例推荐的8个主治方药中，有4个方中都出现了麻杏石甘汤的配伍，可见该方对防治新冠肺炎具有非常积极的作用。本文对《伤寒论》等谈到麻杏石甘汤的论著条文作了详细分析，揭示了该方的适用范围与剂量规律，并介绍了古今医家的用方经验与笔者的应用体会，从而，窥见麻杏石甘汤在古今传染病及呼吸道疾病治疗中具有的重要价值。

The Ancient and Modern Application of MaxingShigan Decoction Based

on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia

Abstract：Objective At the end of 2019，there have been outbreaks of novel coronavirus pneumonia（NCP） in many countries around the world.Because novel coronavirus was first discovered， there is no specific medicine.The Chinese medicine community has therefore actively explored treatment options.Among the 8 attending prescriptions recommended in the trial of the 8th edition of the NCP diagnosis and treatment plan，MaxingShiganDecoction（MSD）appeared in 4 recipes.It can be seen that MSD is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of NCP.The article makes a detailed analysis and research on the works that contain MSD， such as Shanghanlun， etc.It reveals the scope of application and dosage of the prescription，and also introduces the clinical experience of ancient and modern physicians and the author's application experience.To see the important value of MSD in the treatment of infectious diseases and respiratory diseases in ancient and modern times.

2019年12月以来，一种被称为“新型冠状病毒肺炎（简称新冠肺炎）”的流行性传染病在包括武汉在内的全国多地及全球多国爆发流行。由于新冠病毒尚属首次发现，其中间宿主也尚不明确，因此限制了该病在爆发早期的治疗。时至2021年2月1日，中国河北、香港、黑龙江、吉林等地又相继出現了小范围的散发病例，而国外也已突破了2700万的现有确诊病例。由于西医对该病尚无特效药，而中医在近二千年的医疗实践中却积累了丰富的传染病防治经验与效验名方。因此，国家卫健委从试行第三版《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案 》开始，就具体的提出了中医辨证论治的分型与方药，至试行第八……
