【摘要】“天河水”是小儿推拿治疗热症的常用穴位之一，备受历代医家重视，但古今医籍医家对其定位、操作、功效看法不一。文章拟通过古代小儿推拿经典著作及现代小儿推拿流派学术思想的归纳整理，从不同角度探讨“天河水”的名称内涵、定位、操作、作用原理即机制等，为今后临床正确使用该穴提供一定的借鉴，以期更好地指导临床及科研工作。

Acupoint of Massage for Children Research on “Tianhe Water”

Abstract：“Tianhe water”is one of the commonly used acupoints for the treatment of fever in children with massage. It has been highly valued by physicians in the past dynasties， but ancient and modern medical physicians have different opinions on its positioning， operation， and efficacy. This article intends to summarize the classical works of ancient infantile massage and the academic thoughts of the modern infantile massage school to discuss the connotation， positioning， operation， principle of action， and mechanism of “Tianhe Water” from different perspectives， and provide certainty for the correct use of the acupoint in the future. Reference to better guidance for clinical and scientific research work.

考證古代小儿推拿历史，发现明清时期是小儿推拿发展的空前盛世，小儿推拿学术理论百家争鸣，小儿推拿临床运用广泛，疗效显著，这一时期产生了许多小儿推拿著作^[1]。本文拟通过对明清以来《小儿按摩经》《小儿推拿方脉活婴秘旨全书》《幼科推拿秘书》《厘正按摩要术》《万育仙书》等5部古代文献归纳比较及现代著名小儿推拿名家张席珍、刘开运、孙重三、张汉臣等学术思想总结，在中医基础理论指导下，结合现代神经学、生理学，对“天河水”的内涵、定位、操作、作用机制进行阐述，以期为今后正确选用该穴提供一定的借鉴。

1 天河水名称内涵

《汉典》对“天河”解释如下：“天空联亘如带的星群，亦称为银河。”明朝进士万民英的《三命通会》有“天河水为六十甲子纳音之一，为丙午年及丁未年”以及“丙丁属火，午为火旺之地，而年命为水，水自火出，非银汉而不能有也，故曰天河水，气当升齐，沛然作霖，生旺有济物之功”之说。……
