摘 要：在共享经济繁荣发展的背景下，本文立足武陟县，通过实地调研和查阅资料，深入分析了武陟县联动云共享汽车的运营模式，包括行政模式分析、营销模式分析、服务模式分析、财务模式分析。结合联动云共享汽车在武陟县发展的实际情况，提出了武陟县联动云共享汽车运营模式的改进对策：优化行政管理机制、 健全财务管理体系、提升市场营销效果、加强服务管理创新。有助于推动武陟县共享汽车平台的健康发展，为我国同等经济水平地区的共享汽车发展提供参考。

Analysis and Improvement of Wu Zhixian "Linkage Cloud" Sharing Vehicle Operation Mode

Abstract：In the prosperous development of sharing economy， this paper based on Wu Zhi County， through field research and access to data， conducts an in-depth analysis of Wu Zhi County linkage cloud sharing vehicle operation mode， including administrative mode analysis， marketing mode analysis， service mode analysis， financial mode analysis. Combining with the practical situation of linkage cloud sharing automobile in Wu Zhi County， the paper puts forward the improvement countermeasures of the operation mode of linkage cloud sharing automobile in Wu Zhi County： optimizing the administrative management mechanism， perfecting the financial management system， enhancing the marketing effect， and strengthening the innovation of service management. It will help promote the healthy development of Wu Zhi County sharing car platform and provide reference for the development of sharing car in regions with the same economic level in China.

1 引言

随着科学技术的日益进步，汽车己广泛渗入人们生活的各个领域，如物流、出行等，人们的生活也因汽车而发生了重大变化[1]。在共享经济的推动下，基于互联网的共享汽车平台也随之出现，有效满足了有证无车一族的出行需求，为人们的出行提供了很大便利。“联动云”便是基于互联网的共享汽车平台之一，是深圳前海联动云汽车租赁有限公司推出的共享汽车APP。联动云共享汽车在运营模式上将传统汽车租赁与互联网进行了融合，结合燃油车的特性，推出了一系列的服务项目，是目前在燃油汽车行业的一种全新尝试。

2 武陟县联动云共享汽车基本现状

联动云共享汽车平台于2019年9月在武陟县正式投入运营，是目前武陟县仅有的共享汽车平台，由初创时的5台燃油汽车，發展至今已有23台燃油汽车，由5座单一车型，发展为6-7座多种车型。……
