Abstract：Automobile manufacturing is a complex task， and various technologies are applied in the actual manufacturing process. To improve the efficiency of automobile manufacturing and improve the quality of the final manufactured automobile， it is necessary to rationally apply mechanical automation technology. A comprehensive analysis of the advantages and development of mechanical automatic planning technology in automobile manufacturing is carried out hoping that the content of the article can be helpful to relevant staff.

科技的飞速发展使高科技应用越来越规范，各大领域都发生了的显著改变。汽车制造行业中，为了提高汽车质量，满足人们对于汽车性能的具体需求，要将汽车制造与机械自动化技术合理融合到一起，利用机械取代人工，进而提高汽车制造效率，促进汽车制造企业健康发展。

1 汽车制造中采用的机械自动化技术

所谓自动规化技术指的就是提前设置好相应程序，采用特定机械设备，进而完成一系列操作，整个作业过程不需要人工进行干预，通过自动方式开展。过去很长一段时间，机械设备都需要人工进行实施操作，或者采取半自动化方式操作，要投入大量人力[1]。而且人在实际操作过程中，由于人为疏忽，可能会出现安全问题，而经过多年发展，目前，许多机械都可以通过自动化方式进行操作，这就大幅度降低了人力投入，确保了工作的稳定性，这也使机械自动化技术在许多行业中都得到了广泛应用，而且取得了不错应用效果。

将机械自动化技术合理应用在汽车制造中，能够确保工序衔接合理，而且采用机械自动化技术能够减小汽车制造中各种误差的出现，这对于汽车制造来说是一项重大进步[2]。……
