摘 要：汽车行业作为国民经济的支柱产业，在日趋激烈的竞争中提质增效已成为各汽车制造企业的关键指标。高质高效对于汽车生产末端的总装车间尤为重要，通过系统地分析总装工位规划的设计原则、核心关键及技术应用等环节，为总装生产线的设计筹备提供科学有效的参考建议，同时对产线改造、混线生产和节拍提升给予借鉴指导。

Analysis on the Planning of the General Assembly Station in the Automobile Industry

Abstract：As a pillar industry of the national economy， the automobile industry has become a key indicator of various automobile manufacturers in the increasingly fierce competition. High quality and high efficiency are particularly important for the final assembly workshop of the automobile production. Through systematic analysis of the design principles， core key and technical application of the final assembly station planning， the article provides scientific and effective reference suggestions for the design and preparation of the final assembly production line， and will provide reference and guidance for renovation， mixed-line production and rhythm improvement.

1 前言

近年來汽车市场云谲波诡，随着合资股比限制放开、进口车辆关税下调、双积分策略实施以及新能源补贴退坡等政策的推行，无不刺激着汽车行业的神经。传统增量市场悄然向存量市场转变，各大车企都在深耕精益生产，力求提高整车质量并降低制造成本。而汽车总装工位作为生产制造过程最基本的生产单元，研究探讨总装工位的规划成为提质增效不可或缺的课题。

工位是产品生产过程的基本组成部分，在工位上安排人员、设备及原料等按照作业标准进行生产装配。多个工位组成一个工段，而多个工段构成一条产线，通过产线实现汽车零部件到合格整车的装配、周转、检验及交付。

2 总装工位规划的设计原则

汽车作为结构复杂的机械构造，通常由成千上万个不可拆卸的独立零部件组装而成。在整车制造过程，尤其是总装环节要充分考虑工位规划的设计原则，才能有效确保车辆品质及效率。……
